I am still waiting for clothes I ordered 6 weeks ago.

Clothes fit so weirdly and not at all look like the picture - and I'm realistic about what to buy. I'm a 12-14 (small 14) in 95% of shops. With ChiChi I bought a 14 to be safe. NOTHING fits. The 14s squash my boobs in and hang in all the wrong places - I'm 5'11 and a 34D so not particularly extremely busy.
Bought a 16 to give it another go and it fell off me. Literally fell off me. So if a 14 is squishing me like a Christmas ham and a 16 is falling off me like a Bridgerton drape curtain, what on earth is going on!!

Can't believe I've tried ordering several times from here and failing each time. I give up.

Put in an order on January 7th 2022. As of June 12th 2023, I am still waiting for my order. Once per month in 2022, I sent Cachicci's support an email asking where my order is, and up until the month of May, I got a reply saying the order will be shipped soon. After that, none of my emails were being replied where I ask for a refund, or at least that they will send the order. €162 down the drain..

Never got any items and never got any money back!

Placed my order in November 2021. In January I received my package but in there were only items I did not ordered. I emailed them, they said the color was out of stock so they simply send me another colored item. They said if it was not good for me I needed to return the package. So I did. They promised me my return money and a refund back. In January I returned my package. It is now May and 30 emails further I did not receive my refund or return fee back. In one email they said to send my bankaccount number so they can make a transaction of the refund themselves because the automatic transfer did not work. I replied and they said they transferred the money. Never heard of them after that mail.
I am not satisfied at all!

Placed my order in January, never arrived, we’re mid May now and I still have not received my refund 5 months later. What I found interesting, is that the company also offers you a €10 cashback/discount if you rate your order (that might have never arrived) at 5 stars, which is, in my opinion, a desperate attempt to compensate for the extremely poor quality and speed of customer service, which does not really fix the issue, but rather puts “a fake band-aid” on. Anyways, if you are about to place an order on this website, please DO NOT, that’s my honest advice. It’s not just the waste of money, but also time and patience. Not sure how to place it politely, but I have literally been scammed here :(

I am waiting from last 5 months for my order still did not received it when will I get my order ?

I laid my order on February 2th, I have tried to reach the company to get my money back since I have still not (6 weeks later) seen my stuff. I paid 74$. Got an email today that they have shipped my order after I have numerous times wrote an email wanted my money back.

I ordered a track suit 21 december, arrival date would be begin januari 7-8 January. At the end of January i did not receive anything so I mail to customer service to cancel my order. They told me my order was cancelled and my money would be back on my account in 14days, after 14days i still didn’t receive my money. I mail again, something went wrong they said.. so they cancelled the order manually, i would receive my money asap. After 14 days still no money received. I ordered 21 december, Cancelled 25 januari end still no money. I would not recommend to order on this site.
