Very unprofessional customer service
Very unprofessional customer service. After returning the items, I had to repeatedly request a refund, but the communication was slow and unclear. Even after exchanging 11 emails, I never received a clear explanation as to why I was not refunded. They claim that two pine cones were loose in the box, despite the fact that I returned 10 branches in good condition. In the end, they kept both my money and the products, and after multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding completely. The lack of transparency and refusal to resolve the issue properly is misleading and unfair. I do not recommend this store if you expect honest business practices and reliable customer support.

However, we would like to remind you that, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, all returned items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. It is not possible to exercise your right of withdrawal if the returned products are unfit for resale, for example because of obvious deterioration. If the items were already damaged or defective on receipt, a report must be made, together with a photo. This information will enable us to offer you a solution.
Refunds will not be issued if the right of withdrawal has not been respected.

Overpriced and rude customer service
Not recent (March 2021) but they deleted negative review on social media. Plasticky calla lilies overpriced for quality of items and terrible customer service: went out of their way to add delivery to order when I should have been exempt seeing what I was spending. Never again am I ordering from them.
Just to be clear, I reordered with code for delivery exemption and they cancelled that and validated the one with shipping costs. And the quality of the items is nowhere near what it was a few years ago (I have some beautiful Sia items bought in local shops and online that look amazing to this day and have had them for years)

Order not delivered after three weeks
Order not delivered after three weeks. No answer by email, facebook for 10 days after multiple polite tries.
Sick of it.
EDIT : they did answer me after I posted the review. They did not apologise nor did they believe that my order did not arrive. After I showed them proof they still didn't apologise and, worst, they threatened me that they would send me my order ONLY if I would remove my comment on here! I said I would edit it and here I do. I have received my order but I am disgusted by their attitude.
You might have no problem at all by ordering at them -I think my initial problem came from the transporter- and their product look good - but I advice to avoid this shop because of its poor reactivity and poor attitude.

Après leur avoir montré les preuves, ils ne se sont toujours pas excusés et, pire, m'ont menacé en me disant qu'ils m'enverraient ma commande (payée!) UNIQUEMENT si je supprimais mon commentaire ici. J'ai dit que je le modifierais et voilà qui est fait. Aujourd'hui j'ai bien reçu ma commande mais je suis dégoûté par leur attitude.
Vous n'aurez peut-être aucun problème en commandant chez eux - je pense que mon problème initial venait du transporteur - et leurs produits sont beaux - mais je conseille d'éviter cette boutique en raison de son attitude aux clients très choquante.
Je suis pourtant resté très cordial avec eux plus longtemps que j'aurais voulu l'être..
