Everything is good about this company: v quick response to emails, answers the phone for real with helpful service, rapid turnaround of accurately cut metal (for me some modest orders of galvanised sheet), very well packaged so can't get damaged in transit, arriving the other end of the country the day after ordering. And when there'd been an mis-sized cut, a replacement piece arrived the next day at no cost. Great stuff, really impressive, use them . .

Expensive postage costs
The product was good. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because I needed an additional piece of edging. I needed the same length, but 5mm wider. The postage for the wider piece was £90 more than the piece that was 150mm wider.
After I posted this review. the company contacted me and came up with a solution that was good
