No shipping on weekends I understand. However, I ordered Saturday and it is approaching lunchtime on Tuesday and still no tracking info or email indicating my order has shipped. I talked to customer service yesterday (Monday) and was assured my order was ready to go and would be shipped before the end of business Monday.

placed an order Nov. 19, sent wrong rotors. since then i've been back and forth on the phone and via email, asking me redundant questions and requests. it is Dec.20 and still haven't gotten the proper parts to fix breaks on my car.

Not the best experience. Ordering was easy, however I had to follow up for three weeks before finally receiving my order a month after I placed it.

I then saw that I could have ordered the brakes for less elsewhere but did not receive a response to my price match guarantee email.

Very disappointed that it took 5 days to be actually shipped from time of purchase which then added additional days for it actually arrive way past the allotted timeframe the website said it would take. This also delayed my scheduled appt for the work to be done since the parts didn’t arrive and now pushed the work another week with no car.

They made sure I got my brakes to me as soon as possible. Great response time. I will definitely be recommending brakes from these guys.

Ordered in stock items on the 28th its now December 11th and the items have not been shipped yet. My car has been in the shop for a month and I ordered from your company because you are 3 hours away from me by car. Ship my items please.

I always ask my son what he would like for Christmas. This year he told me he wanted parts for his car and he gave me the links to find it. I ordered it and right away received confirmation. I received an email telling me the color was not in stock. We were willing to wait. But I just got confirmation that is on the way it will be here before Christmas and so appreciated. This company is awesome and it's all run by veterans thank you so much for a job well done,

When I ordered brakes for my car I ordered a certain type and brand but when I received my package the pads for the rear were not there and everywhere I checked I was told they were not available, out of stock, even with BuyBrakes. I had given up trying to get the brakes I wanted and was going to purchase anything just to get the job done. But before I purchased them I received a message from BuyBrakes telling me they were on their way and today I received them. I had given up on finding what I wanted but the salesperson I had talked to at BuyBrakes evidently had not. They went above and beyond to find these pads and want them to know they are really appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! Jim A.

Hey reall good looking rotors and brakes for my 2018 challenger that has the brembo brakes. This is a great way to avoid the ultra expensive brembo rotors and brakes about a 1/3 of cost same performance
