scam vouchers dont trust
was bought a voucher for christmas for a spa day with 50 minute treatment and lunch. expires in december 2026. went to book today and the experience is no longer available. I spoke to someone on webchat, and explained if the hotel is still there, it still offers treatment and lunch why the voucher cannot be used. all i get it, "voucher no longer valid please chose another experience". but there is no comparable option, it is either book a similar experience which doesnt offer the same and leaves you with a £40 credit, or you have to pay a lot more. Do not buy vouchers from this company because they are misleading and a complete scam!!

how can they make receiving a gift so difficult to use. The website is difficult to use, the vouchers are then not recognised. No phone number to contact customer services, have to go through an AI bot to eventually contact a person on there web chat after a 10 minute wait. Customer service opening times are ridiculously short. Not a customer friendly site at all. Makes the receiving of a gift such an unhappy experience. I would certainly not buy a gift for a friend from here
So after a day of going backwards and forwards with emails, I was issued with a new voucher, however, when getting to the point of order, the second voucher would not let me complete the purchase. So here we are again, I guess this means another day of emails .....

Not good value for money
I felt the experience I bought was overpriced and when we got to Bannatyne they had 40% off massages, lunch for under £10 and it was £25 per day to use the facilities. I’d recommend checking to see whether it’s cheaper to book direct.

Believe its just a scam
Believe its just a scam, had nothing but trouble trying to add vouchers and book things, even extending some coz couldn't get it to accept the vouchers in time, trying to use credit up before it expires today but still not letting me add vouchers I have just purchased, saying page is forbidden for my voucher, have lost so much money over the last 2 years on this

Absolutely disgusted this company steal from it's customers i had a voucher worth £80 which was a Christmas gift from my son so we thought we would go for a short break and paid another £79.99 but then couldn't get the dates we wanted so buyagift then refunded the £79.99. Leaving me with the original £80 voucher an paid £20 to extend the voucher. So have now paid another £99.99 to book a different break away which left us with £50 in credit buyagift have now said we don't have any credit left. But unable to have a phone conversation with anybody at this company. SO BE AWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

A relaxing gift turned into three weeks of hassle
Nearly three weeks chasing a simple issue, irredeemable voucher, no promised callback, unanswered phone route and directed to a website that didn't work properly. Eventually a helpful agent, Roxanne, resolved my option to simply get a refund within minutes, which made me wonder why getting there had been so difficult. The time and effort involved were ridiculous. Very disappointing experience.
