Cannot book a Murder Mystery Weekend
My mother has been gifted a voucher for a Murder Mystery Weekend and we have tried several times on different devices with different browsers to book it. We go to the list of locations and choose our preferred location, click on booking details and zilch! Nothing happens. I can't see how to contact customer services other than a stupid AI bot which cannot resolve the issue and tells me to contact Customer Services! What a waste of money!!
Update: After much stress, using 3 different devices, 4 different browsers I finally managed to book. Just waiting on the booking confirmation email.

My advice is don't waste your time
My advice is don't waste your time, I was gifted an experience and paid an extra £20.50 to upgrade, I booked the experience and it never arrived. I asked for the upgrade money to be refunded and after about 20 conversations of going round in circles I managed to get that back. However the original gift experience voucher no longer works so I have not been able to enjoy any experience. It's a shame everything is automated as if there was an actual number with humans at the end of the line, this issue could have been resolved. I won't bother using this service again!

AVOID!!!
We were bought a gift of Gousto after we had twins. I wasted hours and hours trying to get the voucher to activate and getting in touch with online customer service to help. The website took me round in circles and the customer experience was awful. In the end I had to get a credit, which then was also impossible to use aswell. The whole premise of the site is defunct! It is probably the worst gift I have ever been bought, even though it should have been a really thoughtful one! Instead it led to hours trying to sort something that should have been swift and easy whilst trying to juggle new born babies. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Especially if buying a gift for someone else. Awful experience!

Solved our problem efficiently
The process of changing the original gift for another experience was a little complicated. We then had a probably unique problem, where the restaurant we wanted to book was closing for good before we could redeem our voucher, and we were unable to use it anywhere else within the 60 days. Once we were able to contact customer service directly, Buyagift quickly unredeemed the voucher so we could book another experience.

Buying these vouchers is not always cost effective!!
Buyagift - If using an existing voucher and needing to change the activity, it always ends up costing a lot more than it would if just buying that same deal outright. I had two single vouchers for the same deal that I wanted to book together and the system was wanting to charge me more to book them together 😢
