When buying a used car there is always a leap of faith as to what you are buying and who you can trust. They research the maintenance history of the vehicle to get its overall condition before offering it to you. So the result is not just a car salesman but cars that are checked out as much as humanly possible.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase, the buying process and the response to any queries that I might have. The people I have dealt with have been very professional, very knowledgeable, amenable, polite, friendly, even a sense of humour.

Buying a car can be a slog. Disinterested dealerships, staff with no knowledge of or interest in the cars they sell, waiting times for build slots. You're likely to spend more time talking about finance options than about the car.
Not with Burcham. Ross is a truly lovely person with a passion for cars. He genuinely wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. His attention to detail meant that I got exactly the car I wanted without the wait time or hassle of a main-dealer "experience".
