I purchased sneakers from them size 10. They didn't fit. I have worn a size 10 for many years, along with everything else I wear. I reached out to Bullfeet to try to resolve the issue. After the first email exchange, they went cold. I can't recommend them as I have not had a positive experience.

I love Bullfeet! I just got a second order! I have had a logo put in shoes with different designs and they arrive looking spectacular at a great price!

It took a minute due to summer vacations, which I understand. The anxiety of receiving my first pair of my own designed shoe was excited and I emailed once a week for three weeks! The response time was messing with my anxiety also, because I felt the response time wasn't applicable. Then I realized I am in a different part of the world, so the response after a day or two was consistent. When Bullfeet did respond after a day or so, their team assured me my products process stage and when they were sending the product. I even got pictures before shipment! I will try them again, and I'm praying it goes just as good as this experience!

I ordered a personalized sneaker online.
After a good 3 weeks, the goods arrived. I am thrilled that the logo was not only printed, but embroidered! Unfortunately, a production error was made. However, this was fixed super quickly and I received the promises that a new, correct shoe would be delivered to me! Great support, great looks, great product!

Don't but those shoes! They are expensive and low quality. I received mine with several defects plus the choices I made were not all respected. Plus the customer service doesn't answer to any of my mails! It's a ghost brand if you ask me.

I paid for my order, it was never shipped, and the customer service never responded to my emails. Scam company.

Bought from them because the shoes look really good on their website and to suport this type of comerce with sustainable values. However im very disapointed with them.
They make the shoes look way better on their website than they look in reality, and they are quite unconfortable.
However what upset me the most is the fact that they sell personlized shoes and make 3 mistakes on my shoes wich makes them look quite diferent and just shows a big lack of atention and care for the costumer.
Wrote them 2 e-mails with no response, wrote them on watsap with no response, and on Intstagram where they told me to write and e-mail...
Dont buy

I'm Spanish so when Bullfeet started I decided to support their business, then everything was fine, the product and company values seemed to be excellent, prices were reasonable and customer service was very good. Nowadays, prices have gone from £89 delivery included to the UK to a start price of £129 for the same product, and customer service, there is none or at least they didn't reply to my 2 emails.

The quality of the shoe is good but not the sole which has lasted not even 2 years, this should be ok since they used to offer a service where they would replace the sole to make their products more sustainable but now that service is not available and haven't been able to use it since I bought my first pair of high-tops boots, also not reply from customer service.

I'm Spanish but sadly I won't buy or support their products anymore.
