In January 2026 I lost my husband and we had owned a property in France for r the past 20 years. You very kindly and efficiently dealt with all the legalities and paperwork needed for probate. For this I am very grateful.

Solicitor listens carefully, speaks in a positive and friendly manner in video conference calls answering all questions. Reponses are always timely and documents are very clear with straightforward instructions.

Shoddy, unprofessional admin processes
There were a number of simple errors made on documents which we had to correct eg getting name, address wrong. This happened more than once. Explanations of the process were not always clear and we had to ask. At one point we had accidentally not submitted the correct information, but instead of getting straight back to us and explaining what was wrong, nothing happened until I queried the delay. Then told that information is missing. Sent that in and then another delay, no communication until chased and then told there was another bit of information needed, which could have been asked for the first time. Altogether the admin processes seem very shoddy.

Very good and competent advice
Very good and competent advice. My questions were answered clearly and comprehensively. I did not give a five star review because in any organisation, there is always room for improvement! In this particular case, sometimes attachments were either not attached or not able to be opened. In general, however, I am extremely satisfied with the service received.
