I am glad I found these reviews. I had a feeling it was a scam and apparently it is. It is so sad and heartbreaking how much fraud etc. there is in this world and online today. Really do not know how you all can sleep at night.

Beware of this company’s big hype based on a popular IPO, that is used to sell an expensive newsletter. This is a bait and switch.

Where do I start. I am new to the investment world:
The extremely long video that I regretfully watched, claimed they had a direct path to buying stock in Elon Musk's SpaceX offering. That’s what drew me in but They do Not! They want you to invest $500 in a "basket" of companies of which SpaceX may be one. When I found this out, I sent several emails to the email website provided, requesting for my full refund of $179 and cancellation of the membership and no response. I have called several times to the customer phone number, only to get a voicemail saying will be more than 20min then the call disconnects!
Again, I am asking for a full refund of the $179 subscription and cancelation of my membership. I am requesting within the “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”.
I feel I have been scammed!

I have been a Brownstone Unlimited subscriber for several years and have found Jeff Brown's past experience as a microchip manufacturing company CEO, and his ability to clearly articulate his research and stock recommendations in his Near Future Report and Exponential Tech Investor newsletters to be very beneficial and have done well buying his recommendations. Jeff is one of my most trusted newsletter advisors and I highly recommend his Brownstone Research.

Where do I start. I have called 4 times and all I get is it will be 20 plus minutes, well I wanted 40 minutes and got nothing. Sent 2 emails no response. Very unhappy with service. I just want my $179.00 back. I would not
work with you people again.

I made a purchase yesterday after the Jeff Brown presentation in the amount of $399.00. I could not access any of the information promised during the presentation. The only thing that was promptly accomplished was the charge to my account. After sending an email with no response from Brownstone Research and several hours on hold I was finally connected with a representative and promptly canceled my subscription. Be truthful about what you are selling or providing. Cut out all the BS and clearly state all of the information. I don't need the fluff of what has done well in the past. The past is the past. If it is stated in a presentation that for example, access to SpaceX pre-IPO then provide said information, not potential suppliers of SpaceX.

I am new to investing in stocks. I should known better after that interview begins so drawn out well that's a red flag within itself and they threw elon musk into the mix promising how you can make money if you get in before elon musk have a IPO also a red flag then I had to set a So-FI account I should had read the reviews before I set up the account and sent the $189 for subscription. I would like to cancel my subscription I will hope that you honor my cancelation and return my $189
Thank you Stella Rose Wilkins

I feel stupid and disappointed in myself. I should have listened to my inner voice when sitting through extremely long videos from Jeff Brownstone promising insights and access to investment opportunities that really didn’t live up to their promise and left me feeling I’d been listening to a snake oil salesman. FOMO however led to me handing over $179 for the Insider Report subscription. That’s on me; I’ll own that. What is NOT on me though is the appalling customer service and difficulty getting a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. I have tried several phone calls; can’t get through. Internal (from customer service link on website) messages; zero response. Emails; zero response. I’m just starting off as a newbie, small time would be trader so every $ I win lose or waste is important to me. Equally important is finding trustworthy sources of information, honest advice and reliable service. Brownstone has been none of these for me. All smoke and mirrors, barrage of emails that ultimately are selling another product or promise. Laughable that I fell for this, obviously DYOR but for me it’s all felt like a money making scam. Avoid like the plague!!
Since writing this review I have today (March 26th) received a full refund.

Jeff Brown gave me absolutely the worst "picks"!! I can not tell you how much I lost. He should give everybody a sincere apology to all that he basically screwed over with his picks! I paid good money to Brownstone and I regret every dollar I put in. I lost IRA money. Because he told us that he knew what he was doing. He's nothing more than a BS artist. I'm sure he was shorting all of the stocks that he recommended! It was that bad. He really doesn't know much about stocks! Never put out an apology or anything. I lost a fortune because of him!

I don't see any updates past 2024 on my app?????? I'm a lifetime paid member, is there another app now that I'm unaware of?

I feel when you recommend any new stock and then it drops a good amount you do not follow up on what we as investors should do.
Hold, sell or buy more?
Has anything changed from your side as to the stocks recommendation?
I feel updates are very important!
No one wants to buy and hold and watch it go down, down, down !
Thanks

Their extremely long video claimed they had a direct path to buying stock in Elon Musk's SpaceX offering. They do not. they want you to invest $500 in a "basket" of companies of which SpaceX may be one. When I found this out I ask for a refund of the $179 subscription and cancelation of membership. I did this by email with no response. Then I called their number and a very professional sounding recording directed me to wait for an estimated 20 minutes or they will call you back. They never called back. Then I waited for nearly an hour and they still said my wait was est. 20 minutes. Then an hour later they did call me and after much discussion they did refund my membership fee.

Somewhere along the way I have signed up for Brown Stone Research to send me marketing junk by text. I did open up one of the links to check it out and watched the presentation with Jeff Brown. What caught my eye is the claim of investing 100 dollars pre-ipo in starlink before it goes public. This subject holds a lot of interest for me so I watched the presentation. Basically, Jeff Fox rambled thorough the whole presentation and finally got to the point which is what I wish these types of advertisements would do to begin with instead of all of the rambling. Bottom Line Up Front: Jeff wants the consumer to pay 200 dollars (this is half price of what he normally charged) to subscribe to his newletter for one year. If the subscriber did this he would throw in all kinds of free reports including the one on how to invest PRE-IPO in Elon Musk's starlink. At the end of the presentation I felt really frustrated, let down and that my time had been ultimately wasted in order to figure out that Jeff Brown was using Elon Musk's Starlink to pull in new customers, yet knowing that only accredited investors that are worth certain amounts of money can invest in starlink and that the Starlink IPO isn't coming to fruition anytime soon. In the free report about how to invest 100 dollars in starlink pre-ipo there is probably some weird way to do this but with a major catch that makes the whole thing no doable.
Recently I saw another so called tech investor rambling on and wanting to pass his pearls of wisdom on to his current and possibly new customers. If you bought his newsletter for the year for 200 dollars he would tell you how to invest in starlink pre-ipo because he predicted it would go public on one of the last two fridays in January 2026. The prediction obviously was bogus.
Things like Jeff Brown's tech report investment new letter comes accross as a scam the way that it is marketed and presented in the long rambling video promising a report on how to invest in starlink pre-ipo.
