I have ordered numerous clothing items over the last 10 years without any issues until now. I ordered a pair of blue trousers for my holiday, and when they arrived, the fly button and zip were fully open, WHY on a new pair of trouseres? The trousers were also covered in dog hairs. The trousers must have been a return item, and quality control, if any, had not checked the state of the item they were sending back out to a fully paying customer. To compound the matter, no invoice or return paperwork was included in the packaging.
Probably the last time I use B.T.; such a shame, for a Company I once bought a lot of my clothes from.

I purchased a pair of chinos at sale price, with the limited-time offer of free delivery. They arrived next day. Perfect fit, excellent colour and style. Particularly impressed with the fast delivery.

Blazer was exactly as advertised and fit was perfect. Delivery was quicker than expected. I am 5'7" and 230lbs. The 48 short jacket was a perfect fit with just the sleeves needing a small hem. The only surprise was that the blazer was delivered in a small bag. I would have thought a box to prevent possible wrinkling

Polo Shirts were excellent as was the delivery from DHL but the one from Evri left a lot to be desired as they left my parcel at the Exit door of the Apartment complex instead of bringing it to my my Apartment as requested. This is the third time Evri have transgressed so I suggest you do not use them again as they are ruining your reputation.
