Scammers. They sell through Decathlon. They don't accept returns, just send the box again saying it's damaged (it's not, it's exactly as they've sent it).
Very poor quality boots. The customer service is also horrible. I literally wore the boots twice and the sole is wearing off and falling off. I contacted customer service and was told that if I I had not purchased them directly from Brogini then the warranty was Null and void. So basically if you don’t want them directly from them and purchase them instead from the store for a little loophole is that they won’t warrantee them. This is ridiculous I even sent in the receipt as proof of purchase and they still denied my warranty claim even though they admitted to Boots were defective. This is pathetic customer service but it’s probably because they know their product is poor quality anyways. I would never recommend buying any of their products. Very cheap and poor quality.
Worst of all the customer service it’s pathetic so now I’m out $200 and a pair of boots.
I’ll never buy any of their products again and I would recommend you don’t either
Brogini riding boots, I had mine for 14 months, hardly any use, the zips on them are flimsy and seem to not be very robust, my boots were for riding only, I sent photos as evidence , they offered me a zip but said I had
to have the zip put in at my own expense. These boots only have a years manufacturing warranty on them, considering how much they cost, its not worth it.
An update as I only think it's fair to say, Brogini have offered to replace my broken boots with a brand new pair. So 10/10 to Brogini, thankyou
