She is highly abusive towards her horses that is well documented through videos and pictures. She also laughs while she is abusing them which further demonstrates her evilness. Run as fast as you can from her!

It is shocking to me to see the number of people who have been deceived by this person, just like me.. I thought I was all alone.
I did a bootcamp at her place in Spain back in 2022 when I was supposed to learn the method to help horses relax with their bits (RTRT I believe). So many things felt off from the very beginning, the rushed payment process when I first contacted her, the fact I had to pay an extra fee for food there while I had already paid a lot of money to get here etc... The horses all looked "shut down" at the barn but she explained it's because they were very relaxed from her methods.. I highly doubt it now. A few of them were living outside together. The rest were kept inside/in small individual paddocks without anything to do except chewing on hay.
I honestly learned almost nothing from the entire week I spent there. I practiced a little bit but was mostly watching her riding her horses, sometimes she asked that I film her for her socials.. She tried to do her so called energy readings on me back then but most of the things she said (even about about my past) were actually false. I was young then and very impressionable and I felt like what she said about me maybe was true, that meant I had tons of problems (including health related), and was supposed to rely on her to help me + change my diet. At the end of the week, I accepted that we'd call later so that she could recommend a tailored diet for my needs. I paid in advance for the call and despite my attempts to contact her again and again after that, I never heard back from her.
I remember struggling after meeting her because I thought all those things she told me maybe were true but I was left without solution. It took me almost a year to get rid of all the anxiety I had around food/meals/eating in general because of what she told me.
Doesn't really sound like a relaxing program now does it?
I know now how wrong all of it was and I feel deeply sorry for the people still involved with her and the horses still living at her place... such a sad life they have to endure it seems.

Honestly this company cannot improve anymore, they have completely lost any sense of credibility for the rest of their career. Video's with nothing short of abuse are circulating all u der the mask of regulation, so Sad.

I have just seen the video circulating on feeding. This horrid woman is whipping the horse - as a relaxation technique- she then ends off with an example of a horse who has already gone through the torture proses to realize that the whip is the only answer if you take more than one bite (and please remember that their stomachs are small and designed for continuous grazing rather than digesting large, infrequent meals. this horse's whole body tenses up and his ears pull back when she instructs him to leave the food. Disgusting!! I would not allow my horse near her!!!

I have bought a full OPP (optimal performance program) with a trainer – in person, that did the courses with Anna, but in my country. I must say it really helped my horse who’s temperament is very high and is easily stressed.

There was no abuse during the trainings EVER (i would not hurt a fly, i absolutely love when my horse has an opinion and free will), I love the trainer.

The things that i heard or read here are not what i experienced, but i must say that I always take the best from every technique and adjust it so it will be best for me and my horse.

I am absolutely disgusted from what I have read there because it’s not what I have imagined to be behind the scenes of a technique that (as I was told and Im practising this way) is very subtle, clear, chooses the horse first and is always trying to be an aid to assist for something better. I do not consider this technique as a main thing I do with my horse, but I do use it when I consider it could be useful in a situation. My horse is not terrified and definitely not in a learned helplessness.

But on the other hand, I as a person am very sceptical with horse trainers in general because I know nothing is perfect and I want for my horse only the best (hes not a sport horse, hes a family member with mistrust against humans). So that might be why I was one of the lucky ones.

I am very sorry for everyone that had such a bad experience with One Horse Life, my mouth is on the floor from these reviews. And I am very glad, that many of you have come forward with this information.

Lastly I’d like to say that not everyone practicing her techniques is a bad person or even doing it the same way. There are many of us (like me), that choose to take the good advices and leave the bullshit behind. Thankfully, even tho i did not agree with everything during the training (biomechanicly for the horse meaning) i was very lucky.

I was shocked reading all the reviews. It’s unbelievable how much I recognize in other people’s experiences.

A few years ago, I did the PRO training with Anna and Pawel. I was dedicated, flew out to meet them twice, trained horses for the PRO course, and even organized a clinic for them in the Netherlands. Everything was arranged down to the last detail, but they treated the paying participants with a shocking lack of respect.

On a later visit, they left me waiting at the hotel while they went to the beach. When I tried to discuss new financial agreements, the entire atmosphere changed. Suddenly my work was criticized, I was told to write a full report within a day, and when I didn’t do that, they humiliated me on social media.

This experience seriously damaged my confidence as a trainer. For a long time, I thought it was just me. Until I read these reviews. In a way, I’m relieved I’m not alone, but it’s deeply concerning to see how these people operate.

I truly hope more and more people find the courage to share their stories too because these awful people need to be stopped.

I came in contact with a woman who followed the OHL training.It did not help the horses, their stress get worse.The horses get not any exercise they are kept in the stables all the time.The woman talks shit that makes no sense at all.And now she is starting business in Germany Krefeld.

It is very sad that these scams still take place. The horses are the victims of this.

I was very silly to buy into a paid week with Anna and her boyfriend. The trip from Panama to Poland was very long. Upon my arrival, I was taken to a supermarket, I had no idea that the snacks I have bought, were going to be the only food available for me during my stay. I was shown a very dirty little apartment, and again, I didn't know that I was only allowed to move around when supervised. I was introduced to the horses, which were trick trained to respond only to the visual cues, that Anna decided were proper. The problem was that I am an empath, and my questions were clearly heard by the horse anyway. When Anna realized that I could influence the horse, she stopped me, and refused to "teach" , or even allow me to interact with any of the other horses. I asked if I could watch her train, but I was refused, I suspected animal abuse, and literally spied on her "training". You haven't seen animal abuse yet, I hadn't either. I was shocked, I tried to run away. I was chased, forced to surrender thousands of euros, before I was set free. This has happened almost 20 years ago. I write now, because Anna avoided and blocked all of her ex-clients at the time. Anna is a brutal liar, and should be prosecuted for what she did to me, to other people, and to the horses.

Eline I just want to respond to your post, you have summed it up in a nutshell and do contact the lawyer and see if anything can be done as to many people hurt and too many people afraid of saying any type taking action as they seem to have immense power in people’s emotions and feelings

I was not aware of these reviews until my sister, upset at hearing about the difficulties I was having with OHL, looked online to see if anyone had reviewed the business. She also found sad exchanges on Reddit. Google OHL & Reddit to find.

As for the reviewers with their blissed-out experiences, I am envious. It is what I too had sincerely hoped to experience. It is remarkable & sad that so many people have been hurt & left empty handed after trusting Anna, her methods & energy work. I don’t think any of us ever dreamed we would be writing such reviews.

Anna is a talented horsewoman, you can work with her online or in person at the farm, Stal Witte, in Schijndel, Netherlands. Even if her methods do not consistently work in practical application the theories and techniques are compelling.

I worked with One Horse Life for 6 months. My experience started with what seemed like a lot of love, guidance & support. Then sadly, it changed.

Unfortunately, my main experience with One Horse Life is of over promising and under delivering. This includes a lack of reliable and consistent support & guidance as well as the promises & limitations of the method itself. The method, as wonderful as it may seem & as amazing as it is made to look on social media, does not work as reliably as OHL would like you to believe. They claim that their methods create “permanent” changes in your horse. This is simply not true. I had wonderful moments while practicing the method but experienced many situations in which the method failed or the change that was supposed to be permanent was not.

The method is based on Anna and Pawel’s personal ideas of spirituality & “reality”. They assume guru status & teach with a guru mentality. The OHL Pros are set up to give seminars to hook you into a MLM scheme where the more you pay & sign up for the more access you will have to deeper “inner circle” knowledge. They talk a lot about physics, some of which aptly applies to the biomechanics of the horse, but ultimately the method is a type of new-age mysticism based on who you are as a person. It is based on “purity” & your ability to control yourself in your environment to an unhealthy degree. You are explicitly not allowed to change or adapt the methods or techniques, even if they are not working for you. Anna will tell you herself that her technique is not intuitive. This is a huge problem. If you can’t listen to your own intuition, then you must constantly defer to her. Emotionally this is dangerous as ultimately it leads you farther and farther from yourself and your truth and lived experience. You are led to a truth that you will in essence attempt to make your own in order to perform the methods and get results. Anna will tell you to trust her and that she will be with you every step of the way, but that was not my experience.

Things did not come together, the methods did not work & because they were not working created an unhealthy dependency on Anna’s constant support & guidance. When my difficulties with the method did not resolve Anna & Pawel began outright emotionally manipulating. I could no longer justify continuing. When they couldn’t tell me how to progress, they just made me the problem. I finally realized I could not pay, practice, or “relax” enough to get the results their methods promised. I simply could not experience "reality" as they would have it.

In addition, the disorganization & sloppy professionalism I experienced working with Anna was inexcusable & massively irresponsible. OHL programs are VERY expensive & yet for the thousands of euros you pay, corners are cut, emails ignored, questions left unanswered, promises left unfulfilled & calls are blown off or rescheduled at whim.

She put both myself and my horse in dangerous situations all while promising that it would all come together, just trust her & the methods. Sadly, when I needed her help the most was exactly when she would stop responding to my messages for days and use flimsy excuses for her absence.

So, buyers beware. I wasted a massive amount of money & time with OHL. Yes, I learned some valuable things, but the price, emotionally, spiritually and financially was very high. I would advise not getting involved at all, but if you do, do not enter into any informal agreements, get it all in writing, or sign a contract. Otherwise, it is highly likely that you will not get what you think you are paying for. After reading the other reviews I am considering contacting the Dutch lawyer, Stephan Wensing at European Horse Lawyers, to look into OHL.

Please know that if your welfare is compromised at the expense of OHL ambitions, they will make it clear that it is your problem, not theirs. Take care of yourselves, trust yourselves, seek support from outside sources, and if something feels wrong, or murky or off—it is.

I’ve met Anna and Paweł Marciniak back in 2022 on a RTRT Bootcamp in Spain. Going there I’ve had no idea what’s even RTRT is about but I knew the techniques from IG and some teachers of it back in my country. I loved how it looked but I was still kinda suspicious about what kind of people can even make things like that, make horses move and look like that without it being and actual scam.

So there was my decision to go and see for myself. The BootCamp lasted for 10 days and there was an option to eat the Energy Aligned food which I agreed for although it sounded like a total spiritual mystery for me. I’ve tried many diets in my life, I would say almost all of them but never felt really good neither after eating the food or about my body and its condition. This food changed everything. The first time ever I didn’t felt have and stuck in my own body like I was just a passenger feeding a mass to survive next days activities. I’ve light, I’ve had the best sleep ever and experienced connection with horses on a total different level.

Yet the food was just one of the pieces of that puzzle that made stacy a big impact on my life. After this mental fog I’ve had over my brain for years was gone I could learn and notice how fantastic the work with horses of Anna and Paweł is. Getting intense but super relaxing training everyday, transforming the horses on our eyes. Seeing horses move so effortlessly that every other horse I have seen later was simply lame to me. Since I was little in love horses and wanted to see them shine, the reality of competitive background later as I was growing up was unfortunately different from what I imagined as a kid. Seeing Anna with horses brought back my childhood memories and hopes of equestrianism looking like I’ve dreamt of.

This experience led me to getting the 3 months Energy Healing from Anna and Paweł. During this time my life changed absolutely. After years of struggling with my body image, own mental health, abusing self harm in many contexts, abusing alcohol and drugs for +5 years I’ve become absolutely free from any addictions in less than 6 months from the Energy Healing started.

This absolutely changed the path of my life and made me understand myself, the way I would never guess I could. I will be forever grateful for the absolutely enormous impact it made on my life.

Thank you Anna and Paweł for your work you put into this world and every little thing you both do to make this world a better, more relaxed ace for not only horses but also people. I wish you all the success, all the Noble prizes you absolutely deserve and can’t wait to see you grow.

WOW! I'm shocked by everything I'm reading on this forum.

I also decided to write because I am dissatisfied with Anna's riding method course.

Is anyone here doing it?

More than a year ago I purchased all the course modules in advance, as it was stated in the sales advertisement that the modules would be published monthly.

However, until now, for more than a year, there has only been publication up to module 5.

And the content of the course has been deteriorating and declining a lot.

The first three modules are really very good, well formulated, although the video part is not that good.

The contact module does not have any video demonstrating the theoretical lesson. The same goes for the module on curved lines and circles. The written text is great, but there is no visual demonstration of the concepts neither about the exercises proposed.

Finally, the module on canter only contains a written text whose authorship does not appear to be the same as the previous texts. The text does not have the same level and quality. The proposed concepts are too ethereal and vague.

Is anyone else going through this experience?

Another question: is there any entity representing consumer rights in Europe? Can anyone recommend?

I took part in a workshop with one of the OHL "PRO" trainers. It costed quite a lot but I was curious whether I would discover something new to me (I have 30 years of experience with horses). The trainer mainly focused on praising the method and praising Anna Marciniak, whose knowledge - according to trainer - is breathtaking. The trainer tried to learn us some things but she had no understanding of even simple things like how muscles work. She also told us about beating her horse with a whip but claimed that he was relaxed during that because he was already at "higher" level of relaxation. That was quite shocking to me. There were also other stories that showed her little knowledge about horses.

The practical exercises were embarrassing. No specific instructions, she was just repeting that "you have to feel it" (you'll probably feel it when you buy some more courses). I saw much more relaxed horses during Masterson Method sessions. The basics of MM can be learned from a book that cost about 15 dollars.

Relaxation with a bit (one of the OHL programms) is based on Francois Baucher's work. Any classical dressage trainer familiar with the French school can show you how to do it.

My experince is very negative, workshops were just embarrassing, I'm glad I didn't invest more than $200 in this "method". It is total waste of time and money. For a fraction of money sum that you have to spend on OHL method you could do a lot of great courses that will boost your relationship with horse and help them to relax.

OHL trainers were sending me some nasty messages whenever I have written some comment about they work. They threated me and told to be very careful because I will might regret writing about OHL method. So, they are really "nice" people, aren't they?

I had a very disappointing experience with Anna. Our conversation felt closed off, and it seemed more about getting €2,000 upfront than genuinely helping. Despite claiming to prioritize animal welfare in equestrian sports, it felt like she was just trying to sell her course. The trust and positive impact she claims to offer were completely absent. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend her services and left with a negative impression.

These ppl prey on vulnerable clients, it's all about money , they will take every penny you have and spit you out if you question them even though you have paid for a service. Anna thinks she's unstoppable. Please be aware and don't give these ppl your money. You can see a lot of these positive reviews have only one review wonder why that is !!!!

This year I've decided to become a licensed Professional of Anna's methods after having great results with my personal horses (compared to other horse training approaches I tried before). Because the methods work so well, there were in my country already people and teachers working with them only from what they understood in the self-study courses. Of course, with the Pro teaching I have systematically better results, with horses these people worked with before! I also have horses changing so dramatically that top-tier trainers are now following closely what I do because they have never seen that. So there is surely a difference between self-study and Pro courses, a real difference because we learn how to teach to horses the techniques in depth, but also to people. We really deepen our skills and practice with feedback from Anna and practice with her at her stable. I receive daily messages from my students about their successes and how it changed their horses and the relationship they have with them. If I was able to pass this knowledge to others after learning with Anna, it means all of this is not "empty". People want tricks but Anna's techniques doesn't work like that. If you don't remove the desire to control or lure the horse to train him you will not be successful at OHL. To me, Anna is very invested on her close student's progression and is now dedicating most of her time teaching her techniques to other professionals. Her goal is really to spread the methods, that are already coming to many markets so that people doing the self-study or curious about OHL can learn in their language and have support to advance in their journey.

For me, OHL can be summed up in three words: “amazing and magical”!

OHL, Anna and her PRO trainers, made a huge difference for me and my mare. Before OPP/RTRT, my mare would often explode in the arena at the slightest distraction—a horse entering, a person walking by, or even a dog running past. She could be a handful all the way back to the stable and, frankly, dangerous around other horses.

But after just a few months of OPP, with the support of a PRO trainer, my mare and I now walk around the arena with such relaxation and joy that even if a horse explodes just a few meters away, my mare stays calm and doesn’t build up any tension.

For that alone, I will forever be thankful to OHL!

I’m a lifelong fan of these techniques and will never train my horse using anything else. My dream is to become a PRO and help other horses facing the same challenges as my mare. Seeing the effect of OHL techniques on your horse is truly an emotional experience. The first time they yawn, the first time they open up and enjoy being brushed, the first time they lie down during an OPP session, or the first time they hold the bit after an RTRT session—each moment was an “I want to cry” moment for me. 🥹

These experiences will stay with me forever, and I hope others will try these techniques and experience them too. Every horse owner should—it’s truly special, magical, and amazing!

Under Anna's guidance, I've learned to listen to my horses in ways I never thought possible. The transformation I've witnessed in my horses is incredible: physically, they've improved tremendously with techniques that encourage natural movement and balance, resulting in healthier, more resilient horses. Mentally, the change is even more profound. My horses are calmer, more confident, and seem genuinely happier.

Anna is an amazing rider, trainer, and teacher. Her dedication to her vision is what makes all her teachings so exceptional. Being a part of One Horse Life has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

After watching someone very dear to me spiral into depression and anxiety after joining one horse life I was prompted to research it a bit. One horse life is 100% a cult that preys on deep pockets and operates under “positive energy”. I have seen my best friends love and excitement for horses turn into a war within herself. She was blown off by Anna, yelled at by palow and repeatedly told she was not getting the method because there was something wrong with her. (There is no such thing as a bad student, only bad teachers)

Even after realizing the toxicity of this organization and many therapy sessions she continues to try and work on the methods but the problem is the methods only work for Anna in a very controlled ranch so when tried at home you struggle and are desperate for “the missing link”. But not to worry you can always upgrade your training for $16k euro to become a “pro trainer” with all the real tips and secrets. (spoiler alert, they are the exact same lessons with maybe one new tip)

From someone who watched as an outsider I firmly believe Anna has a class action lawsuit on the way. You cannot continue to shatter people’s mental health for this amount of money and not face consequences.

My heart breaks at the one star reviews I have read because they are all so similar to what I witnessed in my friend. It is gut wrenching.

Please do not get sucked into this cult and if you do- keeps your eyes open and your wits about you. Confide in someone you trust who is outside of this world so they can let you know when you mental health is starting to slip!!

I am certified OneHorseLife PRO Teacher for two years and counting and a client and a student of OneHorseLife for many more years, and I find myself very confused about the negative reviews I see here.

I am growing my business in incredible tempo, helping many horses and their humans on the way. Not to even mention how it leveled up my personal life in so many areas. I myself had the energy work & diet aligned by Anna & Paweł for me and both services helped me tremendously with the struggle of just surviving the day and patterns of self sabotage. I was all the time also attending regular therapy and my therapist was very amazed with the results and tempo of changes in me that happened thanks to Anna and her guidance. Anna never gave me any medical advices and encouraged me to take part in the therapy and get all the help I needed, but she was there with me and thanks to her tireless engagement and support I am today a successful put together horse- and business-woman that I am.

Daily I see and meet a lot people that are simply very stressed and have big problems with their horses reaching to Anna by phone, email and in person. I see how Anna guides them and navigates them and their horses step by step through their problems and surprise — many horse problems are because huge problems that people have with themselves and in their own life, it cannot be separated. Anna is explaining patiently the steps which are necessary for these people to do in order to keep safe and stay successful as the horses are often super dangerous, but tense people often get offended by just simple instruction. All OneHorseLife techniques are very easily understood through online course (I took them myself!) so everyone can do it on their own and if someone feels stuck at some point we, PROs or Anna herself are always there to come and help you and guide you, and Anna always provides support either herself or via other PRO teachers. It’s sad to see people sometimes getting offended by the simple guidelines of how to solve problems with their horses, but from the experience I’ve got — even the most offended and angrier clients who were simply confronted with the uncomfortable truth about their horses or their own problems affecting these beautiful animals — they are always coming back (because nothing else works!) and when they listen they have the success they wanted to have and even more.

To sum it up. I am incredibly grateful and amazed with the work Anna and Paweł Marciniak do. The horses change tremendously and the people as well. Everyone I got to know through OHL feels like family, very relaxed and professional atmosphere and I enjoy it so much I’ve never imagined I’ve would. Recommend for everyone to try it for yourself and really change your perspective on horse training.

On a separate note: check for yourself other reviewers. They never refer to the actual products or techniques sold or courses but who Anna is as a person. This is not reviewing business but is a personal defamation based on very weak evidence — the fact that someone felt offended doesn’t mean the offensive trigger ever existed. I am keeping horses at the same stable where Anna operates her business from for over 1,5 years and I see these situations and patterns in person. It’s shocking how vindictive and aggressive some people whose horses have problems are. You almost feel sorry for these animals as they are unable to “fix” their owners even by getting sick or very disturbed, instead of taking a moment of self reflection they get only angrier and angrier and take it off to the internet. Why? Your real problem is within you.
