I ordered a sweatshirt and a t-shirt, and overall I’m happy with my purchase. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but definitely not as long as some overseas shops I’ve ordered from before. Was actually seamless to, as you could follow the tracking. The quality is decent—comfortable fabric and well-constructed and soft too, sizing is a little small but I always size up. I was especially impressed with how bright and vibrant the colors are in person. Would consider ordering again!

I love my "f you lookin at" tee! The contrast of bubble gum pink and the caption makes my walk down the street like a Boss! Thank you 👍😊

Shirt fabric is poor quality and were returned, Briteneye did not respond to any of my emails in relation to the return or provide a refund. I’m $200 out of pocket.

The items I ordered were not the fabric that was described. I was unable to get a full refund unless I shipped them back to China and my local post office said that would cost around $50. My order was only $63. I was able to get a 15% refund and I could keep the t-shirts, which I will not wear because the material is polyester and not cotton as it stated on the site. I would not buy from this company again because returning the item to China in not feasible and getting a full refund is impossible once you return it.

Easy, convenient and smooth shopping experience. Tremendous variety of items from which to choose. Good communications throughout the process. Will buy from them again.

The fabric was awful. The cut was terrible. One shirt looked like it was hand sewn. Would never order from here again.

Terrible quality . Extremely cheap in make . Very disappointing. It’s like Temu type shirts but worse because of the amount of money spent on these .

Loved the variety of different prints. I found it difficult to search for specific themes and fits. The search engine showed all related options instead of options that fit all search criteria. I would like more information on the fabric quality and the nature of the cotton blend.

Small sizing and texture of shirt not comfortable. Such a shame.

Super cute but the sizing isn't correct if you are plus size...had to give away because couldn't return...what a shame

It has taken 40 of my 54 years on this earth to find clothes I am happy in and Briteneye have done just that. I have so many tops and every time I go back on the site there is something new that catches my eye. Thank you Briteneye. If you haven’t used this site you should now! What are you waiting for xx

Measured twice and checked the chart twice before ordering and even ordered the long sleeve shirts and and sweatshirts a size larger and the 2xl fit like a L and the XL fit like a M. I'm so sad because I waited forever for the package to get here and I was so excited for what I picked out. No exchanges and all they want to do is brush you off with a 12% coupon. $150 down the drain.

The shirt took ages to arrive from a different country and the fabric is extremely poor quality.

I didn’t receive the item I ordered. The store is asking that I close a dispute with PayPal in return for a 12% discount but I would really just like a refund on the shirt that never arrived.

Items are poor quality and arrived VERY LATE!
I asked to return and get refund. This company ignored my photos of damaged items and my request for refund and only offered me a 12% discount on another order. I will never ever order from them or refer them to anybody.

Never received item. Asked briteneye about it, they blamed the shipping company they use and gave me an email address for that company, which bounced back at me. Asked briteneye for more help, no response. Disputed the claim with my credit card, got my money back.
