Efficient and effective airport transfer. Tracked our flight details and met us late at night after our flight was delayed.

Brilliant service. Always bang on time (if not earlier) with friendly drivers. And exceptionally well priced. If you get a taxi from one of the airport ranks, it’s often £100+ to get back into London. With Britannia it’s half of that. I will always use Britannia.

we booked 2 cars for 11 passengers for our airport transfers from the hotel. they didn't show up at the pick up time, and one car came more than 1 hour later. We had to catch a bolt for the rest of passengers. This is unacceptable. No communication, and no details given at all even if contacted the head office several times.

The whole process was very seamless. There was a constant prompt communication level between ourselves, with no hassle whatsoever. Will certainly be using Britannia in the future.

On 12 July, I made a booking for 21 July. I cancelled the booking a couple of hours later, as the service was no longer required. According to their cancellation policy, I was entitled to a full refund as I cancelled within the required timeframe. Today is 9 August, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them by both email and WhatsApp, but I have received no response. Very disappointing service, particularly given that I am still waiting for money that I am entitled to have refunded.

I had a really great experience with Great Britain Cars. The service was excellent from start to finish. The driver was very friendly, professional, punctual, and made the journey to Gatwick Airport comfortable and stress-free.

Car driver arrived too late so I had to find an alternative option. I was told I would get a refund but never got it. Avoid as they are unreliable.

Our driver Faruqe was an excellent safe driver. He arrived early and because we are all ready we were able to depart for Southampton port half hour earlier. He made sure everyone is comfortable before setting off.
