Absolutely brilliant letting team. I have used a number of letting agents in Bristol before, and given that I live overseas, I rely quite heavily on my letting agent. BRL are by far the best agent in Bristol. They are responsive, follow through on actions, stay in communication with clients on issues, are consistent and accountable on every action. This is a very rare thing. Service cannot be faulted. Especially my PoC - Freya.

Andy was an absolute gem of a property manager !
This was my partner and I’s first flat together, in a new city, and with me not having a job at the time of applying for the flat. The team were very accommodating, and I simply paid some advanced rent, and we managed to get the flat.
We had a great time, thanks in part to how quick Andy was with repairs, answering questions, and helping us with our new adventure.
One time we had a faulty latch on one of our cupboards, and he came across town to fix it by hand!
Can’t thank him enough for all he’s done, and we both wish him all the best in the future.

Ps, thanks to the wider team at BRL also, as any questions I had, I knew that I simply had to call reception and I’d get an answer within 5 mins.

Professional and reactive.

Excellent service from start to finish. All concerns were dealt with promptly and as landlord i received regular updates on the property. I was living abroad at the time and knowing that Gemma was managing the property so efficiently provided great reassurance to me. i would not hesitate to use them again.

Great experience renting from BRL. Always get a prompt response whenever I ask any questions, and give plenty of notice if they need to enter the property for any reason.

Recently, I locked myself out of the house. Despite it being a Sunday, Andy still took the time to meet me at the office and lend me the spare keys to the property! Definitely the best agency I've rented from so far.

My partner and I have just had nothing but great support and communication from these guys.

As I've already said on my Google review, I would be happy to deal with BRL as a landlord or a tenant.

We rented via bristol residential for two years and couldn’t fault them at all, great support and service throughout! Andy was our property manager and was fantastic throughout.

After renting with Bristol Residential for 2 years we we're really happy with the service from them. The service from initial viewing and getting the keys to checking out and returning the deposit was fantastic. Communication was spot on and we were always kept updated about notices and changes regarding the building. Property checks were easy and never felt intrusive. Andy has been our property manager for the last 4 years at a flat at Wapping Wharf. We only ever had a great experience with him, any issue we brought up was resolved quickly and efficiently. We recently bought a house so we have now moved out of the flat but would recommend Bristol Residential Letting to anyone looking to rent.

I was tenant for 2 years and was well looked after by Emma the entire time. She was very understanding and attentive to requests, and followed through on all of them. The overall Bristol Res Let team was welcoming and great to work with, and I would happily refer anyone to a property managed by them!

We’ve been looked after by Andy since we moved into our flat 1 year ago. I can safely say we have never had such good letting agents before. He’s been quick to respond to queries, always very respectful and helpful. We’re very luck to live in a brand new flat in a new development so luckily there have very rarely been issues but when our dryer broke, Andy sorted someone to fix it the next day and kept in comms with me until it was sorted. We really appreciate how good they are especially as I feel it’s rare to have professional and friendly letting agents these days!
