Box was poorly handled and damaged. Shipping time was quick
Shipping was efficient, but the box came damaged. Quite dissapointing, as smaller items could have fallen out, from the tear down the side.

Incompetent
According to the app, it should have been delivered on Thursday but it wasn’t. The app then claims that a delivery attempt was made but that no one was home which is a lie. The app then said it would be delivered to ICA but it wasn’t delivered at home

Bad experience with baggage delivery
We are Italian and on holiday in Stockholm. Unfortunately the airplane company delivered late our luggage, so the airport told us that it would be deliver to our hotel via Bring, but:
1) The courier did not want to deliver the package inside the hotel, even though we had given instructions to do so. And also he speaks in bad english.
2) He said that tomorrow they will do another deliver, but they didn't.
3) The next day we find out, contrary of what the courier said, that our luggage was delivered back to the airport
Overall horrible and way too stressful experience with Bring, worst courier service ever
