The package was very heavy and supposed to be delivered at home, but instead without any update or call it's changed to pick up store
I had two furniture boxes delivered which are on the heavier side. The driver called me to confirm if I am home, he was very kind and helpful.

Very poor service one of my parcel send from Fexe 4 days ago still they didn't collect it to distribute when i call them then they collect it and they dont know when they deliver its really annoying. very bad service.

They didn’t even come to the door to…
They didn’t even come to the door to deliver the package, and then they just mark the package as not delivered because no one was home, but we were home and there was no one at our door. On top of that they choose the furthest place to have it picked up.
