You also have the option to choose a different collection point in the Bring app while your parcel is in transit.

Hello, I wrote to you 3 days ago about delivering an order to an address that you delivered to the address and delivered it to the nearest receiving center. You wrote me a reply that you would take care of the creation. It was not a convenience on your part. Ok, but what happened today? I had a purchase from iHerb again and the same thing happened. You sent me a notification that I would receive my shipment today within the day, but after lunch I received a second notification that my shipment had been delivered to the nearest receiving center and I had to go and pick it up. I ask again WHY I was at home all day at the address that I delivered to you. You cannot protect a customer who has paid for everything and written you a delivery address and you did not deliver it. I am not happy with your first delivery 3 days ago and today. I ask for the attention of the company manager to take measures. If the driver says that he came and I was not at home, I will ask for a photo as proof that he was at the address that I gave for delivery. I am not satisfied. I am not satisfied. I am not satisfied.
