This company is an absolute disgrace
This company is an absolute disgrace. Their promise of 3-5 business days delivery is nothing but a blatant lie. It's been six days, and there's still no sign of the ball we ordered for our son's birthday. What's worse, they conveniently failed to mention that the product was shipping from China!
Had we known this crucial detail, we would've simply ordered the £5 version from a well-known Chinese website, which ironically delivers much faster. The incompetence and dishonesty of this company are staggering.
Don't waste your time or money on this ball or this company. They're utterly unreliable and clearly don't value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your purchases. This company deserves to be avoided at all costs.

We have bought this ball under the impression it will glow at night ! Firstly we waited over 3 weeks to get the ball . Once we got it I pumped it up and in my mind thinking put it in the sun to kinda change it , it doesn't glow intact since getting the ball it just a very expensive black ball ! If anything I would not recommend this product!

Customer Service
The most disappointing aspect of my experience has been the customer service, or rather the lack thereof. I decided to return the product due to its poor quality. I’ve sent 12 messages to the customer service team over the past two weeks, and I haven’t received a single response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and has left me feeling extremely frustrated.
Return Process
The return process has been a nightmare. Without any response from customer service, I’ve been unable to initiate a return or get any updates on my refund status. This has been a major inconvenience and a waste of my time.
Conclusion
If you value your time and money, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a hassle, and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Flashy marketing not to be trusted
Very disappointed with the product and customer experience with this company. I purchased an AFL ball for my nephews birthday however the ball had a faulty valve, when I contacted bright sport to request a replacement I was advised that it was outside of the 30 day return period and therefore they were unable to replace the ball. When I explained to Bright sport that the ball was purchased and stored until his birthday and we didn’t know it was faulty until he tried to inflate it after we gave it to him for his birthday. Bright sports reply was that we should have inflated it when we received it. I am disappointed with this reply as a faulty product should be replaced. I now have a very expensive deflated AFL ball that will unfortunately end up in landfill no doubt along side all the other faulty bright sport products.
Latest Update, following Bright Sports offer to replace the faulty ball I contacted them directly to action this offer however after requesting photos of the ball which I provided I have not heard back from them and there is no replacement ball to be seen. This was clearly a false public offer/promise. Yet another reason not to purchase products from this company.

They have 0 review less that 4 stars on their website. This is very misleading as our ball arrived unable to be inflated due to poor quality. We have found through other sites that this has been an issue others have had so where are their reviews? It seems like the company is not sharing negative feedback/reviews on any of their platforms. I find it to be dishonest and distasteful. When you spend $80 on a soccer ball you expect high quality especially if it is advertised with 0 negative reviews.

Daughters birthday present ruined
Daughters birthday present, thought it was going to be an amazing present for my football obsessed daughter, how wrong was i, I'm not bothered about the holographic effect, she understands that its the phone flash that makes the magic happen, what i am bothered about is that after three hours of her doing keep ups, passing back and forth on the street, the ball is torn, the stitching is popping out on the ball and bright sport company is a company that will accept the ball back in new unused condition, 0 zero protective coating on the ball, for the material to be torn this easy is an absolute disgrace, £30 quid for a gimmick football, i could have spent a tenner on a ball from sports direct and the ball would have lasted three months, even temu footballs would be a better investment, absolutely avoid, do no waste your money on this product, the money is not going into product design or improvement, its going into social media adverts to draw mugs in like myself and keep football loving kids absolutely upset and disappointed.

Support refused to help
My browser autofilled the incorrect delivery address and customer support refused to update the details. So now the ball will be delivered to the wrong address and I wil have wasted my money. I wrote to customer support seconds after placing the order as the order confirmation showed the wrong address.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, bought the rugby ball for my son, inflated the ball and it was out of shape, the stitching was terrible, the ball does not glow naturally, it needs light in the dark!

I thought I was buying from an…
I thought I was buying from an Australian website but it's not. This product is useless without a camera, it's just a black ball. They say you can return it within 30 days, but don't want to give a return address, then say they can't guarantee a refund as the ball could go missing in transit. So what they mean is they'll say they haven't received it. Don't waste your money, the balls aren't even well made. They come from China!
