Quality products, expert advice, not just for tradespeople
Firstly, whilst a lot of tradespeople use Brewers it's not just for them - it's open to the wider public too. The staff provide a level of expertise and advice that you're unlikely to find in a general DIY store, and a lot of Brewer's products are built to a specification rather than a price. After one bad experience with cheap DIY paint many years ago, Brewers is now the only place I buy my paint.

Did the job easy to apply.
Applied to my pine garden bench to revive the wood before applying Top Oil.
Worked well on the bench which I had put in the shade to allow time to penetrate before drying.

Excellent experience with Brewers…
Excellent experience with Brewers Decorator Centre in Twickenham. The online ordering process was simple and easy to use, with good product availability and clear information throughout. My order was dispatched the very next day and arrived exactly as promised. Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition.
Collection from the Twickenham store was quick and straightforward, with my order ready to collect when I arrived. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, making the whole process even easier. Prices were competitive, and the service from ordering to collection was excellent. I will definitely use Brewers Decorator Centre again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for decorating supplies.

Good customer service, Brewers called straight away to advise delivery would not be as scheduled on the web order. Had no issues with this and was pleased with the customer service.

Trowbridge excellent customer service We went into the Trowbridge store today…
We went into the Trowbridge store today for some specific paint and also some advice. The lady was very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch her name but the receipt says Sales rep SWTM and she was looking forward to a lovely family weekend.
We could have gone to the large chain store but you don't receive any customer service at all. Thank you
