BRB Heating Ltd kept me informed every single step of the process. By phone or in person, every one I had contact with gave clear information in a professional and friendly manner making everything easy and stress free. I am so pleased with the results. 10/10 Service and professionalism

I cannot recommend BRB enough. The team who installed my central heating were prompt, professional and did the job in the time they said. There was no tidying up afterwards as the guys made sure everything was tidy. Cannot thank the team enough the guys were so pleasant and helpful from start to finish.

No show

No show. Booked for 0800 - 1300. I had to contact them to discover they had made a mistake with the booking. That’s five hours of hanging about waiting pointlessly.

Excellent & prompt service

BRB fitted a new boiler in 2018 and we have a modest care plan with them covering annual boiler service and priority callouts. Had to call them on Saturday morning as no hot water. Service engineer called same day and identified a faulty valve. Called me back on Monday to quote for repair which was carried out on Tuesday. Brilliant service and I would recommend.

Despite website, they don't do electric underfloor heating

Their website has a page offering electric underfloor heating services however when I rang they said they don't do that with no explanation. Could have been more polite on the phone.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. We had a new central heating system installed and couldn't be happier.
Extremely responsive if you need to discuss anything. Would definately recommend.

A very satisfied customer

We first enquired about a new boiler back in August 2018. Since the installation of the new boiler we have used BRB for all electrical checks and repairs, and boiler servicing since then and we have found them to be faultless. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very competent.
Having buy to let property is not easy, but with BRB to help, it certainly makes life a lot easier.

Had my new central heating installatio

Had my new central heating installation from new boiler all pipe work and new radiators,the process went very smoothly from survey to installation and everything was explained as to what was needing done before the team came to install, the team who fitted everything were very professional cleaned and tidied up after them and explained in detail how everything worked, I would highly recommend this company. Really poor service.

Really poor service.
They service the boiler working fine for many years one day. The next day the boiler failed and they do not take responsibility of the failure. My conclusion, they did not do a good service or they caused the failure.

Just had SCOTT doing our 1st year service, First class job and customer relations 10/10 . I had a couple of questions answered no problem. Definitely be contacting BRB when my warranty expires. Thanks again.

Never again.

Information given to us by the surveyor regarding the work to be carried out was different to the work that was actually completed, with no further consultation with ourselves. The mess left behind took 2 full days to clean up, by us & damaged tiles have still, 2 weeks later, not been repaired, despite the surveyor, who inspected the completed work, telling us he would get something done.

Would not recommend this company!!

Would not recommend this company at all. They are just about money making and will not admit fault. They fitted a new Ideal Logic combi boiler which no longer works 14months in but is no longer under warranty!!!

Hi Claire I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service however on investigation I have discovered that your boiler was installed via a scheme which our contractual requirements was only to include a one year workmanship warranty which BRB have honored and as a result had to advise that a call out now after the year's warranty would incur a service charge. You can of course contact your scheme provider to validate this information.

Poor customer service

Had them contracted through government to replace heating system had survey to assess the job followed all prep work came installation day and could not install because concrete under floor then to my surprise they blamed us saying did not do prep work.

then had another survey and supervisor out to work around problem of concrete

So came the day installation done all additional prep work to get around concrete problem and suprise can't install need another staff as only 2 of them and apprentice where as week before had 4 staff and joiner should have been earlier to do prep but even better they accuse my kitchen of not being clean was reason could not install I have OCD and clean every day on top of that if it was so bad how come supervisor never had issue with kitchen two days before .

Had our complete ‘central heating…

Had our complete ‘central heating system’ (boiler, radiators, pipework etc.) fitted by the BRB team back in 2016, which was installed quickly & efficiently by the BRB team at the time. Took out a ‘System Maintenance Contract’ with BRB which included an ‘Annual Gas Safety Inspection’ with the issuance of a Gas Safety Certificate being provided (upon a satisfactory inspection obviously!). Our latest ‘safety inspection’ has just recently been completed, and as always by a friendly & efficient maintenance engineer (on this occasion, Mr. Bradley Starkey) who carried out a very thorough inspection of our central heating system with the all-important ‘Gas Safety Certificate’ subsequently received. Our central heating system has functioned flawlessly from the time of original installation and consequently I would have no hesitation on recommending BRB Heating Ltd. for any future work required.

Got whole new system installed

Got whole new system installed. Radiators, pipes and boiler. Installation went well. No mess was left. All the staff from person who came to do survey, installers and inspector were really polite. Very pleased with the service given.
