Great communication from the company after courier damaged box

Good company to work with. Can be frustrating when you have to speak to multiple individuals. Best to maintain one point of contact throughout when possible. It would also have been helpful to speak directly with the production/print department when needed.

Having seen this brand of cups at my friends festival and just had to create my own for my business Scruffythomas. The process of designing was easy for me because I used my logo, keeping it simple with just black colour so you can see the beer inside and the logo would standout. The communication of proofing was quick; the cups were made and delivered in the time stated, the results were awesome. I could not have. Asked for more. I will be purchasing more of the same cups. The cups are beautiful, really lovely printing quality.
I had a problem with not having received them (DPD fault not theirs) and they replied to emails instantly even on a Saturday until the problem was sorted, full marks for customer service as well as quality.
Only improvement would have been letting me know when they had been posted and a tracking number.
