Doesn't inspire confidence!
This company adds things to your policy that you never asked for and adds them back in next time you renew hoping you don't notice.
I recently changed my vehicle and it took them over two weeks to send out the new documents and then they were wrong and had to be sent out again, delaying being able to tax the vehicle.
I got an email about renewing a policy that I don't even have with them.
None of these things inspire confidence in this company and I didn't renew my policy with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your recent experience left you disappointed, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points.
When your vehicle was changed shortly before your renewal date, an administrative error resulted in the the wrong certificate and disc being sent out. Once this was brought to our attention, the correct documentation was issued that same day. We appreciate that receiving incorrect documentation was frustrating, particularly when you needed it to tax your vehicle, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Regarding the subsequent renewal communication, although you had advised us that the policy would be lapsing, the renewal record had not yet been removed from our system, which can happen from time to time due to processing timelines. We are sorry for the confusion this caused.
We would, however, like to clarify the point regarding additional products being added to policies. Products such as Legal Protection and Key Care are optional, and are identified as such within our documentation. We certainly do not add these in the hope that a client will not notice them, and we are sorry that this was the impression you were left with.
We take accuracy and clear communication seriously, particularly given the trust our clients place in us as their insurance broker. While there were administrative issues in this instance which we acknowledge could have been handled better, we hope the above provides some context and clarification as to what occurred.
We are sorry that you decided not to renew with us and thank you for your previous business.
