Top arrived quickly and it is great but bigger than my last purchase - it's linen so I am hoping it shrinks a bit if I wash it at 60 degrees. Arrived quickly.

Hi Julia, your order was placed on the 30th June after we closed so we didn't receive the order until the 1st when it was processed, it was sent on the 2nd and arrived on the Saturday 4th (which I was surprised to see!), Royal Mail are usually pretty good on 48hr service, if you ever need anything express we do suggest Next Day delivery. We do try our best!

The dress I ordered was gorgeous but unfortunately it was to big and next size down in that dress would be too small hopefully going to try a different dress as they do it in a 18 delivery was quick but try to get a QR code was a bit tricky

Hi Jane, I am sorry you are experiencing problems with our sizing. I can see from your orders that you have bought a few items in different sizes, some you have kept and others returned for a refund. We do try and keep our clothes to a similar size range, as we sell only mail order it is important for us to reduce the returns by getting the sizes right. Sometimes the styles are very different, for example the Emilia fitted linen shirt we specifically advertised as fitted, a similar shirt the Hannah for example, looks similar but one is more fitted and therefore smaller in actual inches, we want to offer a varied selection of clothes and not have them all the same shape. Pockets please!
I've been buying clothes from Box 2 for years and they are always excellent quality with excellent service.
My only complaint about the dress I bought is the lack of pockets. As a hayfever sufferer, I always need tissues - also somewhere for my car keys.

First disappointment for years
I didn’t think this item was up to the usual standard, the material seemed flimsy. Also, I found the returns system hard to follow. I do not have a printer and at the age of 82 I had to seek advice about the returns system hard. I have been shopping with you for years but this was the first time I’ve been unhappy.
