Great products and good delivery

I love the Bower Collective products in any case, but definitely get a 'buzz' from returning the empty pouches, knowing that I have played a very small part in keeping plastics out of landfill.

I contacted customer services to ask if I could delay my delay my recurring order due to not having used the product up yet. I expected a ‘no’ but happily got a ‘yes’ which really helps for a single person.
The limescale remover is what I ordered and it really works 👍

Products are good.
It's easy to adjust my orders.
Items are well packed but not excessively.
Recycling attitude of the company is excellent.

Great range of effective products. Love the yuzu lemon, makes everything smell fresh. Easy to order and always let you check your subscriptions in time to change something if needed.

Smells lovely, and limescale came off really well. Bottles look attractive in bathroom, much better than plastic!

I haven't been able to get the limescale off my shower screen or taps despite trying many products and scrubbing like crazy. One spray of your limescale remover did the shower doors and a couple took care of most of the taps.
Amazing and to think it is all sustainable, vegan and made in the UK.

Products are great

These are great products that work especially the laundry liquids and the limescale remover. I like the ability to be flexible with my subscription. Delivery is quick. Easy to return empty packaging for recycling.

The limescale remover, dishwasher tablets and loo cleaner are all brilliant — effective, eco-friendly, and great-smelling. Will keep reordering! The only one I couldn't get on with was the bathroom cleaner, which made me cough badly every time. A real shame as everything else has been fab.

Great products and very easy process to order and return

I love the products, sounds weird, but the loo cleaner does not compare to any of the alternatives environmentally friendly and not. It’s absolutely head and shoulders above them all. Customer services were v helpful and quick response and resolution to my issue.

So far I’ve used the bathroom cleaner, limescale remover, kitchen cleaner, washing up liquid and loo cleaner.

The products smell really nice and all do an amazing job but so far the standout product for me is the limescale remover . It has to be the best I have ever used.

I also love the size of the bottles and they look really good .

Lovely quality and the James and the Giant Peach fragrance is to die for! The reusable eco friendly bottles are brilliant too

I always get an excellent online service from Bower. I decided to give the James and the Giant Peach, sanitizer spray a try, I am really pleased with it, it smells fantastic and cleans up spills quickly and easily. I like the email reminders when my order is getting ready to dispatch in order that I can make any changes or delay the order if I haven’t run out of anything. There seems to be an ever expanding range of excellent products. Oftentimes, eco friendly products don’t do as good a job as the chemical cleaners you see in the supermarkets, not the case with everything I’ve purchased. In fact the limescale remover is absolutely a stand out product. Where I live there is a lot of limescale in the water, we used to struggle to get rid of scale round the taps, black gunge around the top of the toilet and horrible orange stains on tiles and in the shower. I would spend hours scrubbing and adding chemicals that never completely cleared the marks. Immediately the bower limescale remover was sprayed it got to work. No scrubbing at all, and after four or five treatments all the build up was gone and a quick spray once a week has made sure it hasn’t returned. Cleaning is almost bearable with Bower products.
