For me all is good but not happy with toilet cleaner. It doesn’t do what it does it do. I have used it multiple times but it never removed the yellow stains. I guess I will keep using the bleach until I find the strongest toilet cleaner.

Love the toilet cleaner smelt amazing. Not really tried the other items yet due to foot surgery.

I’ve come to rely on several Bower products (washing up liquid and toilet cleaner in particular). I also find the limescale remover useful, living in a hard water area. I like being able to empty and return the pouches- seeing how many will fit into the envelope is a good party game!

After initial apprehension , I now love these products , they work well and have a lovely natural fragrance

The products work, the yuzu lemon smell is lovely, and I really value the concept (it's quite hard to return the big 5l jugs). I appreciate it's difficult, but using Amazon delivery takes off a little bit of the shine.

Items arrived fast, beautifully presented and packaged. The lavender toilet cleaner is stunning. If I leave it overnight, it doubles as a sleep aid because my room is filled with the scent of the natural oil. It also cleans the toilet as well as any of the harmful products on the market. The proof? I have ordered a whole batch of new products to try.

An ethical, delivery service backed by great products. The limescale remover is brilliant! It gets rid of horrible limescale discolouration in the shower, under the rim of the loo, around taps etc. NO SCRUBBING! All the products I’ve tried have been amazing and I wouldn’t dream of switching back to my old brands (the kitchen roll isn’t quite as absorbent as the leading brands but is far more eco friendly which more than makes up for it). I regularly use the washing up liquid, hand wash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner, limescale remover, loo rolls and kitchen roll. The service is easy, you start with reusable bottles and then purchase the refill pouches which they provide return envelopes for. They reuse the pouches until they are worn out and then recycle them. I’ve also purchased eco friendly utensils (pot brush etc) which are extremely durable and easy to recycle at the end of their natural life.

Bottles look lovely, not as strong scent as I wanted, the toilet bleach on the other hand smells nice but is ineffective in cleaning the toilet.

I love the ethos of your business model and the products👍 they are super effective. They make everything sparkle and smell great.

I have been a customer of the Bower Collective for a while and I love the product they smell wonderful and work well! The fact you’re helping the planet by reusing the pouches is even better!
I’ve had issues with a broken pouches and a lost delivery. Each time I have messaged them I have had a quick and friendly response from them and I speedy response to the problem which was quickly solved. Worst highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, I thought the products were going to be like the ‘other’ highly influenced cleaning products all talk and no work! They are outstanding in performance and as an added bonus smell so nice I can’t help but keep cleaning just to smell the wonderful lavender aroma. Not a sickly old lady lavender but a fresh uplifting smell. Thanks Bower I shall be reordering again from you.

Bower Collective products are fantastic, eco friendly, super effective and they leave the house with a wonderful fragrance. Totally recommend them!

I live how this company focuses on reusing the refill packets (that use less plastic in the first place). They provide prepaid envelopes to send them back once you've refilled your household bottles. The products are high quality, long lasting and smell really great.

Thus far I am very impressed with the bower collective products love the lemon smell. Will definitely carry on using
