The delivery driver didn't knock on my door for me to open it and collect the parcel from them, even though I was home. He left it behind the bin.

I loved the items I ordered, but …

I loved the items I ordered! However my order was missing 2 items on delivery. I immediately emailed to inform of the error. I was told the missing items would be refunded, great but I didn’t want a refund I wanted the items replaced. I formed that they couldn’t do that and I would have to reorder myself! Luckily the items were still available but I would have to pay delivery as my order was now under the £50 threshold for a free delivery. I eventually got free delivery but I think this should have automatically been offered. Replacements now received and I love the items but can’t help but be disappointed with the service. A week later still waiting for my refund.

Sent the wrong item

Sent the wrong item instead of what I ordered, supposed to have been part of a set so have to send back completely wrong item (not even similar to what was ordered!) and the right item that was to match as now out of stock.

Easy experience to order and well packaged. Good quality fabric and sizing (except pull ups which were loose at top so had to return)

I ordered a pair of pajamas and they cancelled my order because they became out of stock after I placed my order. I did get a full refund but still a little dissapointed that I was able to order but the item apparently wasn’t in stock
