Love this pouch. Always great quality from Boundary.

I have had the Errant backpack for almost two years and I love it. I have also purchased several accessories for it including the photo inserts. Everything I have purchased has been extremely well made, durable, and convenient. The Errant is by far the best pack I have ever owned.

It’s been over a week and it still hasn’t shipped yet. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for overnight shipping.

Boundary Supply products are so well designed and thought out.

Arrived at the store in the middle of the week...place was empty but an employee stepped away from his other work to assist me in the showroom area. Took the time to find the product I was looking for and walk me thru the features. Excellent!

The bag was nice but when it was sent to me they just put it in plastic. It should have been placed in the box when it was sent to me to avoid the possibility that it would break but fortunately nothing happened to my order. Overall I am happy with what I received, I hope you have more different products to make and I am excited to buy from you again and I hope we will receive many more discounts, promotions and sales from your group.

I wish you had a physical store here in our country.

The module design idea is fantastic and also more eco friendly to allow user customize their own bag as they want, no need to buy many bags. The materials, the quality of the bag are really well made and environmental friendly also make me really decide to buy it.

Compared to other camera bag brand’s products in the same range ou price and propose, this is the best in my opinion. Specially when I see those different bag which sell on lien, once I saw them in real, right away I see the difference!

Ordered a laptop backpack and before purchase a code for a free accessory with purchase was not working. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and walked me through what to do in order for the code to work and told me if it still doesn’t work reach out to them again. The code ended up working. This was very helpful and they were very considerate taking the time out to walk me through different options to get the code to work on the website. There was a delay in my shipping, probably because of a snowstorm where I live, but they reached out without me reaching out and said if you don’t get your product within two business days contact us. I received the product only a day late I didn’t have to reach out and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Surprised to see the merchandise came in in a carton box without individually packed in plastic bag, and no hanging tags on the backpack. Looks like the merchandise was a returned items.

I go back and forth on this bag. I think the issue is that I try to do too much. Is it a bag or a sling? Slings are attractive because you can access their contents without taking the bag off, just wipe the bag around get out what you need and spin in back again. This bag struggles with that. My main issue with the bag is the front pocket, its useless. The internal organization tries to stay ambidextrous so you can access it whether you wear the bag on Your right or left shoulder, but it end up making it unusable from ether side. They mad the pocket "tall" rather than deep. This makes the zippers annoying to find quickly and the pocket is so tight that its uncomfortable to use or find anything you put in it. The shoulder strap gets a C+ for comfort, I find this issue with any strap that is attached to the middle of the bag again to allow for it to be worn on ether shoulder . It makes the strap sit on your shoulder at an angle rather than flat which makes it quickly uncomfortable. Ether make it dedicated to one shoulder or make it so that you can switch the point of attachment with magnets or a strong buckle with re enforcement padding. Lastly the stability strap is clever but makes the carry very uncomfortable. I was going to return the bag until I stopped using it, I find the experience much better without it. Now I'm on the fence whether to keep it or not

I absolutely love Boundary Supply products. I own just about everything. The one big issue that I do have is the website. It never seems to work right and is always glitchy. I would also like to see all of the functions, features work on the bags. Plus, how to utilize the accessories with the bags. I realize that there are pages in the website that review these things, however it is hard to find and hard to read on a mobile device.
