Charged 3 Times for a Failed Order
I was trying to order from Boozt using SAS Checkout. Somehow, the transaction did not go through, and no order was created. However, my credit card was still charged three times. Customer service was unable to help me and said the issue is with PointsPay, telling me I have to contact them to get my money back. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact PointsPay other than by email with an order number, which I do not have since no order was ever created.

Changed pick-up location
Everything was great, the only inconvenience was that the location of pick up was unmanegably changed from a selected, desired one to a location on the other side of the city. Had to go out of my way to pick it up, but besides that the time of shipping was correct and the items arrived in perfect shape.
