Appointment canceled without telling me

I attended my appointment for which I had a written confirmation for time and date, only to be told that they did not have an appointment for me. I had lost a shift at work to attend this. The person at reception could not care less and said I should have received a written confirmation which I had and I showed her. She just dismissed this out of hand. I will now book an appointment with M & S which is almost next door. My hearing aids are now 10 years old and I had discussed with the audiologist purchasing new Phonax hearing aids with the latest spec I will now not be going ahead with this. Your loss Boots

I am very disappointed with the aids

I am very disappointed with the aids. They are not of merchantable quality and I give notice that I wish to cancel
The aids do not hold a charge for more than an hour and are therefore useless
Having fully charged them and not wearing them at all they ran down to nothing with no use by me. I am unfortunately unable to return to Boots Torquay wren mall for some weeks so cannot see any means to rectify the matter to m satisfaction

Complete honesty

Complete honesty. Excellent advice. Being able to listen to questions, and answering them in layman's language. A complete contrast to the 'other' national company that I went to first. If I had used Boots Hearingcare in the first instance it would not have cost me 1495.00 for hearing aids that, in my opinion, I was misinformed and missold. Also with no follow up appointments.
Well done Boots Hearingcare. Complete professionalism in every instance.

Dire! Staff useless and management arrogant.

Dire! Individuals staff, openly mocking when you ask for refund. Over inflated view of their abilities.

Click collect system is a failure - now using royal mail!
Boots notification very early morning after royal delivery previous day.

Insufficient care and thought for my fatherprivate for hearing…

My father paid private for hearing aids, over 2000 pounds , as the NHS were not sufficient and the service was appalling, so he decided to go with boots thinking he would have a better service and better quality hearing aids as you advertise.
How wrong we were , he now has no hearing aids at all for 10 days, he is 93 totally deaf now what a quality of life he is having at the moment, thank you boots for your service.
