Very friendly and informative.

Very friendly and informative.

My test was not rushed and things were explained well along the way. After the examination I was given a hearing aid adjusted to suit me - I was quite amazed at what I have been missing and actually looking forward to getting my own unit.

Giseli nanni in Sudbury

Such an improvement on my hearing since seeing Giseli in Sudbury, she listened and explained in details my hearing loss, plain simple words and for the first time I truly understood thr graph.

Excellent hearing care

Beth made the whole hearing experience amazing. It’s an emotional milestone when you realize you probably need to do something more about your hearing, including hearing aids, which I had put off for a long time. Beth made me feel totally at ease and shared her hearing experience with me and really appreciated the emotional component that goes with a hearing appointment. I honestly feel I have found the best and most knowledgeable to give me hearing care and support. I get my hearing aids fitted this Friday by Beth and I know the hearing aids she advised me on are going to open up the conversation and world that goes with that for me. Thank you Beth

Useless telephone booking system

Tried to ring to cancel my appointment at Sudbury. Tried on and off over three days to cancel through the central telephone booking system, often staying on hold for up to an hour with no-one answering. There does not appear to be a telephone number solely for the Sudbury branch. Appalling situation.
