I have been using Boots for about 9 years since I had my first hearing aids. Had excellent service, annual checks etc. The hearing aids have lasted well and I have recently replaced them. For the last few years I have seen Mark, who is very helpful and knowledgeable so I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The admin back up seems equally efficient.

We was made very comfortable with our audiologist he explained everything completely from starting to finishing test then had to return for a second test and try hearing aids he let my husband leave the shop for 30/40 minutes very trustworthy and that is what sealed the deal.

Very professional service
The gentleman I saw was very pleasant and thorough and explained what the tests were for and the results. The results showed I need a hearing device and different options were explained clearly.

Friendly and kind staff
