The audiologist Jack was very pleasant, knowledgeable and supportive.
He carried out all the tests and recommended the best aids for me from the wide range Boots have. He was not pushy or try to sell!

Alan at Boots Glasgow Newton Mearns has been amazing and kept both myself and my mum informed of all check ups and up to date information on all the different hearing aids that would help.

The Audiologist was exceptionally knowledgeable about the subject and fully understood my issues; he explained very clearly what was happening, what the problems were, and what was needed to correct them.

One thing that impressed me even more than his knowledge was his ability to enunciate so that his words could reach my brain through my deaf ears. Most people resort to almost shouting at deaf people, as they don't actually understand the problems id give ten stars here, but it only goes to 5.

Taken on time. Received reminders of my appointment time. Jack was so nice, friendly and helpful and explained everything so clearly.

One of my hearing aids developed an intermittent battery fault and I requested a service visit at a different branch to my previous visits as it was nearer home. Alan Lamb could not have been more helpful. After resetting my hearing aids the fault persisted so he has sent them both away for investigation and repair. He also programmed a pair of trial hearing aids to my hearing loss so that I would not be without. In the two years that I have had my Boots hearing aids, I have received superlative service at both Newton Mearns and Braehead branches. Thank you.

I’ve had a good experience when I went for my appointment all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel pressured and I was treated with respect during my appointment.I would certainly recommend Boots to anyone that has a problem with their hearing.I hope the hearing aids work well for me….

Disgusting unprofessional annoying experience.
New Hearing aid broke in first week. Got it back then broke again. Now waiting for replacement for 2 months now

Thorough ear examination, hearing tests & explanation of options.

Alan, the audiologist, was not determined to make a sale, and concentrated on finding out the extent of my deafness. He then explained the difference between my current hearing aids, and the potential improvement the latest developments could make.

The follow- up hearing test was a total loss as the aids were not connected to my phone and your member of staff offered no help.

Booked online and seen at time chosen. Staff were very good at explaining everything and I felt confident with their diagnosis. After 3 visits I now have my hearing aids and have another appt to review how I am doing in a few weeks.
