Having purchased a Phonack Digital Hearing Aid several weeks ago it has crashed three times now and after contacting the store in Morpeth today I have been told no one from audiology can deal as they are on holiday. Staff member Lucinda found this funny and laughed throughout my conversation with her when I explained I needed the aid to work. Absolutley shocking customer service and lack of disability awareness,
