Everybody was very kind and helpful from my 1stappointment and explained simply what would happen

Very pleasant lady, Humaira……explained everything very well, included my grandson who came with me ( to ensure I brought all my needs to be assesssed!).
A little outing to see how these new hearing aids will improve my life experiences. Not absolutely sure that it is £4,000 difference, but confident that the 90 day period will show them for what they are worth 🤞

Natalie was great. She explained everything clearly & answered all my questions. I felt at ease especially as she had 2 observers in the room as well. She helped me to choose the best hearing aids for my needs clearly explaining the benefits of each different type & price differentials. I'm glad that I can pay interest free over 12 months as it is a big outlay & that I also have time to return them if I don't feel totally happy with them especially as these are my first hearing aids.

I unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment due to the bus running into road works, I came from Kirkby lonsdale just for an hearing appointment boots Kendal, rushed up from bus stop as quick as I could, the man came out for me looked at me daggers then snarled at me I can’t do your test now as I was apologising and trying to explain so I was not happy how rude he came across had he not been so rude and unsympathetic to my dilemma I would have just accepted he could not do it and I would have re booked but no way would I want him again so I said don’t bother I will go elsewhere I would definitely not recommend him. I left feeling very upset and stressed

The hearing test was thorough and information package very good. Having a 90 day free trial is a real plus.
