My order took a while to get to me and then was sent in a number of different packages. The sponge bag I had ordered (which incidentally was due to be a present) arrived very dirty, so much so I have had to clean it and keep it myself. The last time I ordered from Boots it wasn’t a positive experience either sadly and I was just told to return the items to store for a refund and I haven’t got the time for that so will keep the sponge bag and make sure I don’t order online again.

Really bad delivery service this time, my order was coming in two parcels!
2nd parcel was fine BUT
1st parcel was really damaged bottles broken and leaked everywhere Riyal Mail refused to deliver it and was returning it to sender as much as this is showing on my Boots account as refused and returned I’ve still not had any confirmation of return or details regarding refund this was over a week ago now, but unfortunately I’m away on holiday atm.
I’ve tried to deal with this through there chat line but with no luck I’ve also sent an e-mail but no reply….so will now have to wait until I return home and deal with it further then. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My eyeshadow palette arrived completely shattered, with makeup all over the packaging. I reported it immediately and provided photos, but Boots refused to send a replacement until the damaged item is returned. Very disappointing customer service, especially as repackaging the product is messy and inconvenient, and the delay means I likely won’t have it in time for my holiday.

Well I paid for next day delivery, received all the emails telling me order had left warehouse and was on it's way to me. On the delivery day my order was supposed to come on 15/05/2026. I received a text message saying my order was due between 12.44pm and 13.44pm. Nothing arrived around 16.00pm I checked the track my parcel through DHL and it said it had been returned to sender as they were unable to locate my address! The DHL site wouldn't let me do anything I.e arrange another day for delivery. Unfortunately I've been unwell, so haven't chased it up with Boots yet. But have had no communication from Boots whatsoever about my missing order! And it still hasn't turned up so will be cancelling the order and asking for a full refund.
