I stopped using Boostly a couple of years ago. I too received and email from Boostly with a pdf attachment. Thinking it was genuine, I tried to open the attachment with some numbers supplied. Fortunately, Google stopped me from going further with a message to consider if this email is genuine. A few minutes later I got another message saying someone is trying to use my password in the US. I emailed Boostly to warn them of a possible hack to their system and got a reply saying someone will be in touch within 48 hours! I still haven’t been contacted! This hack could have caused me serious problems if someone had gained access to my system. Surely to hold on to old account details is a breach of GDBR regulations?

Haven't used Boostly for years but looks like it has been hacked as last night I got a message from support with an attached PDF and a code to open it. One of reasons given for the price increases last year was new very secure servers....ummmm. Glad I didn't continue with this company as all trust disappeared long ago.

Worst customer service. Actually non existent customer service. The only way to obtain support after your website is launched is through an email address to support. I sent emails starting in October 2025 with Loom videos as they said needed to be sent with a support email. I waited a week, never got a response. I continued to resend the emails starting October 30th. I did not get a response until December 4th. The response I got was “sorry for the delay, we found your emails in Spam”. For a company that only allows for email support, all of their clients emails should be in their contacts so it does not go to spam. I also sent over 15 emails and I find it hard to believe that all of them went to spam and no one checked spam for over a month. I do not recommend this company at all as my website was not functioning properly which was costing me money by people not able to book directly.
