Amazing experience very easy and fast on both sides

My son and I had a check-up at the Memorial Antalya clinic. I can safely recommend this clinic. We did it in three hours and twenty minutes. Sevil was our translator. Special thanks to her. She didn't leave us for a minute. Everything was fast and clear. Modern equipment and the competence of the doctors cannot leave you indifferent. We will definitely come to Memorial for a check-up again. Thank you for making life easier. With you, it is much easier to take care of your health.

Bookimed is a great platform that accompanies u at all stages. From the hotel to the clinic and the translator. It provides moral support and answers all your questions

Terrible company. They tried to pressure me into doing a procedure I don't want or need because they were too lazy to find a clinic that could actually do the procedure I need. Refused to transfer me to a different agent. Very high pressure sales. They also mark up a €4400 procedure (if I went direct) to €10,000! Don't give them your info! Worse than useless.

My partner booked this trip after hearing a great review from a work colleague. We decided on a hair transplant, and I arrived in Turkey on March 20th. The booking process was a bit tricky at first because we had to fit everything into my work schedule and find flights that worked, but we got there in the end. So far, the experience has been great, and everything has gone smoothly. The team has been very professional, and I’m excited to see the final results!

I had a good experience with Bookemed. They
listened to me, as I was so demanding. They gave me choices of different hospitals, allowed me enough time to decide, and guided me when I was confused.
Olha, the medical care coordinator, was my first contact. He guided me through the whole process and also gave me a choice of hotels close to the hospital.
I liked all the arrangements from the first time I contacted the medical coordinators to the last day I returned to my home country.
They were kind, good listeners and responded to my specific demands.

This was the best service that I could have possibly found!! When we realized that my husband needed surgery, I knew that the US was too expensive, so we looked elsewhere. Bookimed popped up, and I immediately checked the internet for verification that it was actually really and not a scam- and let me tell you it was not, at all!
This was the best thing that we did for the planning of this surgery. They made everything so so smooth, all we had to do was buy our plane tickets, and they planned the rest. I never once had to get a taxi because this was included in the surgery package. The hospital that they arranged us with was high class and the doctors were competent, we felt safe and honestly not stressed or worried at all. The package even came with a hotel stay after the hospital stay. It was just all so thought through and needed when deciding to go to another country to get medical treatment. Did I mention that the price was sooo adequate!! We saved thousands upon thousands choosing to do this surgery in Turkey. Oh and we did some dental work while we were there bc why not plus it’s cheaper than the US without sacrificing quality.
I would choose to go this route in a heartbeat, it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend it to anyone who will listen!
Pro tip- get the shortest possible flight, it’ll be worth the extra $, I promise

I've scheduled my surgery for June 8th, so I can't provide a review just yet. However, everything has gone smoothly so far. My representative, Hanna, has been amazing, answering all my questions (and believe me, there have been quite a few!). I'm really looking forward to my journey and will share an update when I return.

They are not diligent at all in selecting the partners they list of the platform.

Really easy to communicate,they were so easy to talk to on WhatsApp. They gave me a few options which were above my budget and far from my hotel, but they were super friendly and accomadated to my budget and even found a hospital closer to my hotel. The whole experience was amazing, they booked the appointment with the doctor and everything was flawless. Would definitely recommend!

Pathetic service! I submitted an inquiry over a month ago and have yet to receive a proper response. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, all I got were automated messages assuring me that my request would be processed "as soon as possible"—only to be completely ignored again.

If this is how they handle simple inquiries, I can't even imagine how many issues I’d face if I decided to move forward with them. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
