We bought everything from Bongio for our vacation house, we decided to get the steel series to be sure to avoid rust and guess what? All the sinks taps have rust on the inside. We contacted the customer service and they claim it is because of our water...but it doesn't happens with all the other Bongio taps, not even with the IKEA one that we installed in our outside Kitchen. We're very disappointed.
One year of using it and it's a disaster! The gold paint is ripped out with a horrible green colour
Purchased 7 shower heads from Bongio at a price of €840 each, that is €5,880 total. Aesthetically they look beautiful that is until they started bursting, unfortunately only 2 remain working out of the 7. That is 5 failures out of 7. To add to that, 2 of them have never been used. The company explains that this is due to poor maintenance and has directed me back to the local distributor who has already stated that this must be due to corrosion - not the level of service and assistance I was expecting at this price. Now I will be replacing them all with something cheaper that actually works - from anyone else but bongio.
