I spent $700 on a bedding set. When I unpacked the set, I noticed the stitching on the pillowcase looked like very beginner stitching. Within a month of owning it, the stitching was coming out of the comforter. I reached out to customer service and was advised they only have a 14 day warranty period, so no replacement or refund would be issued. That time frame is just long enough for the set to hold together before you start having issues. The functionality and feel of the fabric is everything they say it is. Super soft, very cooling. Unfortunately, the seam work leaves a lot to be desired.

I really loved this blanket at first and thought the quality matched the price. I followed the care instructions exactly, but after one wash it came out caked and hardened. When I reached out and simply asked for a replacement, not a refund, the company refused to stand behind the product. For something at this price point, that was extremely disappointing.

I purchased this blanket in the “Snow” color, and I’m really impressed with the quality and comfort.

The texture is the standout feature — it’s incredibly soft, almost like velvet, with a subtle bubble design that makes it feel extra cozy and unique. It’s plush without being too heavy, which makes it perfect for everyday use.

It also looks very clean and elevated on the bed, so it works both as a functional piece and as part of the overall bedroom aesthetic.

Overall, it’s a great find if you’re looking for something soft, well-made, and a little different from a standard blanket.

I had the best sleep of my life with my new bedding! Surprisingly, to me, it wasn’t hot at all! which was one of my reservations about ordering in the first place. My husband ended up purchasing sheets, duvet cover, comforter, throw pillows, pillow cases and a throw blanket because i’ve been having trouble sleeping.. Well problem solved! Side note: the packaging is even luxurious!

This company lacks complete integrity. First they promised a 20% discount which they did not apply at checkout as promised. They then said they would send it in a gift card. They did not. When I received the product it was NOT as pictured on the website so I tried to return it at my expense for a refund . They are refusing to send me any information to return it. Its been a nightmare finally I disputed it on my credit card I will NEVER buy from them again.

Quality meets luxury!!! Sleepbysanti is the ONLY bedding you should think about buying. Make the investment and you will never look back. Everything the offer is so luxurious and high end. We can’t sleep on anything else but sleepbysanti. Their customer service is world class and some of the best I have ever received. This company is awesome.

I ordered a 10 piece set, was so happy with it, I ordered a second 10 piece set, each time, I chatted with support for some reason, they took great, prompt care of me, I just received my 3rd set, this time an 11 piece set, so happy, I’m about to go crawl in bed, I’m about to order my 4th set. velvety sheets, a velvety comforter, WOW!! Awesome!!!

Sleep, by Santi. If only I could give ZERO stars! I received my order after over a month of waiting and following up with them to see where my order was. I opened the package and took the comforter out of the plastic bag it came in to check the comforter. After inspecting it, I found that the comforter did not meet my expectations and contacted customer support to return the product. Customer support stated that since I took the comforter out of the plastic bag then they now considered it used and I can't return it. The comforter was NOT used, only taken out of the plastic bag to check the product. How does one check the product out without taking it out of the plastic bag? This is a terrible policy and obviously why they lean on that so they don't have to refund anyone money. Very much Terrible customer service and Terrible company! They obviously don't care about their customers and only care about taking your money. Avoid doing business with this company!

Looking for sheets that are soft but also breathable and found these. The best sheets and comforter set I’ve ever purchased.

The best bedding sheet and comforter ever! My husband said he feels so comfy on bed and sleep like in the cloud. So cozy and warm! True luxury. Thanks Sandi, we have great sleep now and enjoy every night.

Avoid this company. Took several weeks with no update. And emails to cancel will be ignored. I got curious and started to look this place up and found terrible Reddit posts and reviews for them.
Eventually I found their shop app page had a contact number, called multiple times and a lady finally picked up. Told her I’d like to cancel, she then asked me about 6 times if I was sure then told me my order just came in. But I never gave order number for her to know.
I told her I’d still like to cancel and gave her my order number.
As soon as I gave her my order number she hung up on me and ignored the rest of my calls. About 10 mins later I got an email confirming my cancellation.

This company is an absolute scam, taking your money weeks before even shipping. Terrible customer service. No one should have to jump through these hoops to get an update or cancel from a “luxury” bedding company. Find another company than this for your bedding needs.

I will start off by saying that Sleepbysanti is an awesome product. Like all things in life not everything comes out perfect, but this company was determined to make this experience a great one! I will say though if you need this product within 8-10 business days you may need to call the company's customer service to double check. My order took a bit of time, but that was due to high sells and the warehouse shipping. I reached out to customer service representative (Ismail) who was very prompt with responses to email, and very courteous! Ismail understood my dilemma seeing that these purchases weren't for me, and got my order onto a priority list at the warehouse. Due to the warehouse not sending out my full shipment I had to reach back out to Ismail. After seeing the pictures and videos sent the replacement orders were sent out almost within 5-6 days due to shipping. All in all I will say at first I thought it was a scam but was reassured with prompt emails, a small discount, and prompt fixes to some missing items. I'm not perfect so I don't expect this company to be perfect, but i do expect them to stand by their product and if there is an error to fix it. Representative Ismail is what gave in my opinion this review 4 stars, because of their willingness to make my experience the best. I can't give it 5 stars only because some minor details that you may see in the picture wasn't on my product. However, the product in itself is very well made, soft to the touch, or has a high quality feel to the product even after washing it! I purchased 3 Cali King 7 piece sets, and I'm grateful to Ismail for seeing it through and making a few special people in my life very happy! I will be purchasing from this company again!

I ordered a bedding set from Sleep by Santi, and although the color didn’t look the way I expected in my master bedroom, the customer service was outstanding. The bedding was never used—I only took it out of the packaging to see how it would look in the room.

Alex was absolutely awesome and handled my return in a very professional, smooth, and stress-free way. The experience really showed how much they care about their customers.

As with any company, it’s always a good idea to read the refund policy before purchasing, but overall I had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

Honestly, this company is beyond ridiculous. No where during purchasing did I see anything about no cancelling orders before they have been shipped. That logically makes no sense if you still have my merchandise CANCEL IT. I’ve reached out through email to them nicely enough and they have done nothing except tell me they can change my order to a different comforter if I wanted a different one. I have submitted a claim with my bank because of these money hungry ignorant people. I’m beyond annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Great customer service to resolve any issues. I made an easy exchange of product after deciding on a different blanket at the last minute. And missing pillowcases were sent promptly. Love my Wulf snow blanket. Thank You.
