Order #BR80825
Hello,
I’ve been trying to reach out regarding my order #BR80825, but my messages have been ignored for over two days now. This is unacceptable.
If I don’t receive a response or resolution immediately, I’ll have no choice but to forward this case to UOKiK (Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów) and other relevant authorities in Poland to review the legality of Boiler Room’s commercial activity in the country.
According to Polish consumer law, particularly the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827) and Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny, Art. 548 §3), a customer is not responsible for goods lost or misdelivered by the seller or their courier.
Any attempt to withhold funds or impose extra charges under such circumstances is a violation of EU and Polish consumer protection law.
Unless this issue is resolved promptly — either through a full refund or proper delivery of the goods — I will continue to make this situation public across social media and relevant consumer forums.
I truly hope Boiler Room decides to handle this matter professionally.
