Super service from quotation to work completion
From quotation to work completion, the service was excellent. Mark proposed the best solution for a new boiler and hot water system, finding ways to effect this with minimum disruption to home. Work completed quickly and efficiently - everything left clean and tidy.
We have used Mark and his team previously during a kitchen refurbishment - based in this we had no hesitation using him again for the boiler/hot water work

Hospice Retail shop Boiler Replacement
Mark was courteous and provided answers to all questions raised. We were kept in the loop throughout from the initial visit through to ordering the replacement boiler. Area left tidy and clean after works with instructions clear on the use. Would recommend Boiler Boiler.

Great work
Mark and his team replaced all of the radiators and fitted a new taller toilet to our house.
They arrived punctually both days and kept me appraised of each step on the work. The plumbers were polite and seemed skillful when carrying out the work, cleaning upwards so that you would not know any work had been taking place. We are very pleased with the finished product.

This is a really good service
This is a really good service. They come promptly and reliably and if there are any problems after the visit are very responsive and honest. Nice that they are local and you know who you are dealing with. No complaints; an excellent service from an excellent small company.

Excellent service. Visited within 24 hours and quoted on same day for a replacement boiler system, giving a range of options with clear details. Unit was in and fitted within 10days. We are delighted with it.

central heating install
Had boiler boiler install full central heating for my mum, she stayed in a hotel for the duration they took her there and when the work was completed they came back especially to clean up and put right anything she wasn't happy with. The whole process was fast and efficient, they were polite and friendly so she was happy and doesn't have to worry about her heating anymore.

Such a pleasure to be able to use a local company. Very reasonable pricing and the installers I had were excellent. Worked hard all day, carried out everything exactly as per quote and no-one would ever know they’d been here because they had cleaned everything up so beautifully afterwards (in fact it was probably cleaner after they left than it had been before 😊).

professional, value for money
Excellent response from Mark and colleague, turned up after they had finished there normal days work to replace the defective boiler at my mums house, (she had no hot water/heating and at 89, she is quite frail), cannot fault them, sorted out the replacement and commissioning that evening, definitely 5 star service, thanks lads.

Great service from start to finish
Mark knew straight away the best way forward for a boiler replacement. He was professional and completely honest with his survey. I took his professional opinion, he was very quick in getting the quote out, amd it was reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate using Boiler Boiler in Amy central heating or plumbing requirements.
