I have been shopping at Bohomoon for over 5 years now. Their customer service has always been top notch. They are quick and responsive and always helpful!

I do sort of wish they’d offer a returns for credit service - the amount of jewellery I have bought from them over the years… I only have so many hands and fingers for jewellery!

The rings are so incredibly beautiful and I always get compliments on them! Their customer service is absolutely amazing, they are always 100% spot on!

I had a small issue with my order, as my Enchanted Pearl Ring arrived with one of the small stones missing. I contacted customer service and was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.

They apologised for the issue and provided me with a gift card to order a replacement ring, including the shipping cost. The whole process was very easy and hassle-free, and I didn’t have to return the faulty item.

I have now ordered a replacement and I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. Thank you to the customer service team for your kindness and excellent service! ❤️

Beautiful jewellery, when I had an issue with one of the pieces their customer support was super quick and extremely helpful. They sent a replacement out for me super quickly. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I absolutely love them, DOESNT TARNISH, and is very cutesy!! I tell all my friends to buy them. Only issue is some bracelets are actually too small, my wrists are a bit chunky, i buy a large and its still tight. I find it long to return parcels

I have purchased several grab bags and a necklace. Having read some of the negative reviews, I think there are some customer misunderstandings.

The gold-tone/plated items are vacuum-plated stainless steel—not plastic. Plated jewelry, especially when shiny, can sometimes look artificial, but that doesn't mean it is. The PVD-plated gold-tone items are darker than the more champagne-colored items buyers have gotten used to. If you don't fancy that, these pieces aren't for you.

I suggest buyers read the product page before buying, not just looking at product images. If you want pieces with extremely fine, defined details, buy fine jewelry or solid gold. If you want lovely, tarnish-free gold-plated pieces you can wear 24/7 or gift with assurance they don't contain copper, nickel, etc., and won't discolor under normal wear, then by all means buy Bohomoon pieces.

I received a small gold and enamel stacking band and have worn it with my other rings for weeks now, many hand washings, sweat, etc and it is as flawless as it arrived. I've been wearing the studs I recieved for as long - no allergy, no irritation. I have many allergies and these peices are the only gold-tone peices I can wear beside solid gold. They're very good quality

Made my first order of some rings and bracelets, all great quality and look beautiful, so much so that I made a second order a week after the first arrived and bought birthday gifts for people and more rings for myself! Would highly recommend, great quality and good customer service

Thank you Bohomoon! I ordered online with zero expectations but I was ecstaticly surprised. The Jewellery is absolutely stunning!! Great quality, lovely packaging and great customer service. I've already made my second purchase and already debating if I want to keep them for myself (They were supposed to be gifts ☺️)

Fab company, absolutely stunning jewellery pieces and fantastic customer service. I had to have a bracelet and ring replaced and the response from customer service was prompt and I got my new bits in no time and this was during their massive sale so they would have been extremely busy. The jewellery quality is great, is truly waterproof and doesn’t tarnish which is what I’ve been looking for. I currently wear 14 pieces of their jewellery every day and I don’t take them off. Will definitely be buying more in the future

BOHOMOON jewellery is lovely, I wanted some jewellery that I could wear everyday without having to spend so much money… the jewellery is great value for money and really lovely.

I sent back my rings for exchange but the post office is saying that Bohomoon is not accepting the delivery and they are retaining the parcel?????? I just wanted to exchange my rings for a size that fits, why all the hassle???

I absolutely love Bohomoon they are my go to for inexpensive but good quality items. Off the top of my head I would say I have about 15 pieces of jewellery from them. All of them are as described and arrived in reasonable time. So far the gold is exactly as it was the first day I wore them. I had to return two bangles due to sizing, this was easy to arrange and the exchange went smoothly. They are my go to for pretty jewellery now. I love that it all comes in packaging that will fit through the letterbox too.

Can’t return faulty item, they not replaying for weeks. They want me to pay for return for ring with a defect.

After they seen a review they sent a refund and apologised. Definitely need to change customer support algorithm

It took a really loong time for my jewellery to arrive when I paid soo much money and I specifically selected the 3 day delivery option. The sizing of some of the jewellery were wrong. Their customer service is really terrible because I have emailed them multiple times asking how long and nobody answered me, but also I have emailed them to say that I wanted some changes to my order and after a day or two they have replied saying that it isn't possible to do any changes now. I am really disappointed with how they handled things but the jewellery is alright considering how much they charge.

Always a little sceptical about buying something unknown. I really didn’t need to be. The quality of the jewellery is amazing. The prices are great. No one would know it wasn’t high class expensive jewellery. I would definitely recommend, and no doubt will be a returning customer.

I recently spent a fair bit of money in their £10 sale only for one of the necklaces to perish after being worn once.

I contacted customer services and they apologised for the issue and refunded me with a gift card, which I then used to purchase another item. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock but it didn’t register in the system for around 4 days, so that was very disappointing.

Eventually a representative called Georgia went to every length to resolve my issue as I have been a loyal customer for a few years. She refunded me and issued a gift card as a gesture of goodwill for the issues I’d faced.

I’d like to say thank you to the customer service team for resolving this in the end and keeping me as a loyal customer.

Fabulous this store/people are amazing the jewellery they make is stunning beautiful fantastic customer service the quality of there jewellery is brilliant i spent months looking for a store like this, beautiful but affordable with exceptional standards any problems or issues they are on it straight away and quickly resolved. Will be using for all my future jewellery buys. I ❤️ this shop

I placed a first order recently and received some lovely items, but unfortunately the sizing ran too small on some of them. Not a problem — I passed those on to my sister and placed a second order, going up 1–2 sizes. However, they've now arrived and don't fit any differently to the size 7, despite ordering a mix of 8 and 9 this time. So I've settled on a middle-of-the-road rating: the items themselves are lovely, but unless you have the long, slender hands of a hand model, the sizing is clearly an issue.
