I bought a Range Rover Evoque on 12th April off this company, the Restricted performance light came on after 1 day, i emailed the garage who said bring the car back over to us and we`ll diagnose the fault, their mechanic put the code reader on and said yes there is a fault but wouldn`t tell me what the code was and to bring it back next week and they will fix the problem, the car went over to them on 24th April and was with them for 4 hours, i was told a proof of repair would be emailed to me but guess what this never came, the car has since gone in to restricted performance mode on several occasions but i put the light out as i borrowed a code reader off a friend and on 25th May the engine started juddering and jerking and Restricted performance light came on again and has been off the road since, I have spoken to my finance company who have been in contact with this garage who are saying they haven`t had any contact with me since i took the car on 12th April and when proof of emails from me were supplied they changed their tune and say oh yes we did have the car back but found no fault, I recommend people stay away from this garage if you want to buy a car that will break down as soon as you leave them, this complaint is ongoing so far

Where do I even begin! What an awful company with even worse customer service. Partner brought a car in January, bmw 335 for around 8k. He was sold the extra warranty on top. Drove halfway home and abs light came on. Returned and took 23 days to fix. Several little niggles followed and finally the engine blew. He was towed to a garage who said they needed to remove engine before could fully diagnose. Called bm who asked him to tow car there at his own expense as they could probably utilise warranty. Towed over 100 miles to be told on arrival there mechanics aren't able to do engine work, this is despite knowing all the above when asked to bring it down. Then told him to get it off their forecourt "incase it got damaged"Had car less than 6 months it's now undrivable, warranty worth nothing and garage told us to take legal action which we sure will be. They have now said it must have been driven erratically ( it's automatic!) And excessively (didn't realise there was rules on mileage on an outright purchase!) Car only used for pleasure not even commuting. Team more than happy to take your money but are absolutely vile when it goes wrong. My advice is read all the available non fake reviews as this is a reoccurring common theme, and if still desperate to blow a lump sum of cash withdraw it and set fire to it as its far less stressful. I can't rate this company badly enough. Absolutely shocking.what a disgrace
