Kind and knowledgeable team
My partner and I used Blue Light Insurance to support us with purchasing life insurance. The team were very accommodating to our shift patterns, and met with us at convenient times to remove stress from the process. Our advisor, Ryan was kind and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and found us a suitable policy that is good value. Our case manager, Adriana has also been great. She answered any questions that arose and kept us fully informed throughout the process.
Overall, we would recommend using blue light insurance when purchasing life insurance. The team made this a really simple and stress free process.

A breath of fresh air
So, I’m always a little skeptical about insurance companies and brokers. You never really know what you’re going to get.
Enter Maria from Blue light insurance. Very professional from first contact. Explained everything in good detail and really patient with me when I didn’t fully understand something. Honestly, a breath of fresh air with these things. I renewed my life and critical illness cover knowing I’ve made the right choice. Oh it’s important to add, Maria gave me choice. She put my current product next to a possible new product in an easy table so I could compare the difference.
Maria utilised WhatsApp for ease of sending things over and clarifying detail and I’m confident I’ve made the right choice.
Happily recommend Blue Light insurance onwards and feel I got the right service.
Adriana should also get a mention because I received a couple of emails from her throughout to ensure I was receiving the best service and it’s clear to me the team over at blue light are the best in their field.
Thanks and look forward to dealing with you guys again at renewal time. Keep up the gold standard. 👌🏻

Great service fast, friendly and efficient. They didn’t hound me or make me feel pressured into taking products that I didn’t want or need. Was just professional advise.
