Save your $250 here and just buy the manuals from people and get your own parts. For $250 we received a box covered it tape holding it together. No nice box for the Supra we purchased. Bags were ripped and pieces all over the place. After spending $250, they still wanted $30 more for the manual. Next time I'll just buy the manual for $30, go to the Lego store and buy the parts myself. Save your money

Have ordered from them 4 times first the stance R35 no problems there received it after 2 weeks but then I started missing parts and received those over 2 weeks ago aswell. After that I wanted to buy from their site to give to my parents as Christmas presents the R34 F&F and a Flower Bouquet. R34 arrived and one of the bags was broken and it had online instructions. Then some small Lamborghini built arrived and I was confused because I didn't order it they said it mustve been misshipped and I either keep it for 50% (which I obviously did) or send it back with the shipping details they'll send. And after 2 days I got the flower bouquet. Before that I also ordered a remote control tank because I like tanks but it's been 4 weeks now and no sight of it they said it's already delivered and has arrived. And now I'll be going back and forth with them.

Can't find it somewhere else... but I'm not trust the online shopping... If tou go to the site, you see alot of good respons and missing parts... I contacted Blockzone thru messenger and they told me that the parts shipped from Singapore and takes 5-10 working days to arrived.. They excist from 2017 and put every day a New picture that they get from a costumer, for the past 5years...
"Would be hard to do that for 5+ years, if weren't reliable" was the answer...
But, here on the site, it is all bad reviews 🤷‍♂️🤨🤔

Placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it. Customer service is pathetic, just keep getting the run around.

I paid for the shineyu euro truck with the boxed trailer. recieved the truck but the wrong trailer (flatbed). told blockzone about it and made a deal to spend an extra 30 for what i originally ordered rather than PAY for shipping and months time to send back. after paying in jan of 2022 it is now sept 9th and still nothing. i emailed them again to say i want a refund of my $30 plus extra since the flatbed trailer is cheaper than the boxed trailer, and the same person (cristina) who handled and made the deal is pretending we never did this altho i have proof in emails ive kept plus my debit history. im being ignored and even told them i am after they are in debt to me. their website is a joke and shows only happy customer picked "reviews" then i find this page and see the REAL reviews. theblockzone is a total scam. i would trust lepin over these jokes. oh dont get me started on the missing parts and lack of instructions too.

I’m in Australia and brought 3 kits in total costing me 1100 dollars . One package arrived a bit after two weeks and had to wait a further week for the other two . Started the building of the truck and trailer and a whole section was missing also no light kit as purchased. Over several emails was told that it could not be possible as the weight is the same as purchased. I explained that the bags 5 did not come also the light kit . Have not seen anything arrive . I gave them my number and asked for someone to ring me nothing . It’s a shame lucky I have some spare parts lying around and can sort of make do for now . But you think after spending a lot of money there would be more customer support .

This site is total SCAM!They took people's personal data and in the end gave nothing!TOTAL SCAM!!!!
