I strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. I purchased a block build prior to them announcing they weren’t going to be selling them anymore and started a missing part request with them. I was told I received the item which I still have not and that was in February. After my initial missing part request, I went through the entire set and realized I was missing about 10 other pieces. I’ve sent over a dozen emails and done over a dozen missing parts request asking for replacement of these parts. The company has simply chosen not to respond to me.

I sought out the missing pieces from a different company, which is at a cost to me because of shipping and the parts. I emailed Blockzone again, asking for reimbursement of the item or at least half of the cost of it due to the extra cost for me to get the missing parts. Still have not received any response from them.

Blockzone boast about their customers and their customer service on their website but for my experience, they don’t care at least not once they have your money

Very bad company do not buy , they still my money

I have been waiting on my package for over a month. Customer service has been abysmal. First, they did not send me a tracking number; I had to email myself and ask for one. Then, they guaranteed delivery within 8 business days. When I emailed saying this was clearly not the case, as it had been two weeks, they told me it didn't apply over the holidays. Ok, fine. However, now we are two weeks post Christmas, I STILL have no package, the tracking has been telling me it's sitting in a warehouse somewhere, and that is has been for around 3 weeks. The Block Zone has been emailing me with no help whatsoever; they refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund, and in fact stated in an email that it showed it was "delivered" in the tracking (which is hilarious, because it is obviously sitting in a warehouse per the tracking number and per my conversation with UPS). In any case, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and should have heeded the poor reviews I noticed. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT purchase from them.

Their customer service is horrible. Quick to respond but never helpful.
I've purchased gtr along with display stand. Once all confirmed they advised display is out of stock. In which case I wanted to cancel both and get something else but nope..
I got the gtr and didn't build it for a while as I had no where to put it.

When I finally got around to making it, I noticed couple of pieces missing but because my purchase more than a year ago no replacement part will be sent.. so I've got an expense incomplete set.
The pieces are cheap quality so of course when I tried using the motor, pieces fall apart and car doesn't move.
Waste of money and time!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had to reach out over 6 times for missing parts. Finally when I’m about to finish the build, AGAIN another missing parts this time they tell me they won’t send me the piece because of the length of time. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Give these guys a wide berth!
Their kits are simply shit.

These frauds have been the reason I fell into depression as i deposited my savings hoping to get money to pay my debt but unfortunately i was scammed by these guys that i was forced to involve FCA approved Rose Lane(GP)

This site is a scam. They send you incomplete sets. Whether it be missing parts of faulty parts that have been made wrong.
Then after you wait months for replacement parts. You end up getting the wrong stuff.
The ordeal has been going on for 9 months.
Would not recommend buying this crap rip off of Lego.

My son is a whiz at putting models together. These were poorly made. Instructions extra and were awful and can not figure out how to return them. DoNOT BUY

Absolutely the worst model I've ever worked with. Dozens of pieces are missing; the structure of the model has zero integrity and has fallen apart repeatedly . . .I haven't actually been able to complete it, because of the poor design and missing pieces. The Block Zone sold me garbage. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money.

What i ordered is missing in the box delivered and the support are not responsive. i made a big mistake when with this. if not for my wife that uses Grind Stake things might have been underloaded.

The order, placed on 15th May, arrived on 26th May in a tatty, taped-up cardboard box. If this is the so-called Gift Box, you can keep it. Some bags inside are split open.
The company is not to be trusted, and buy at your own risk.

I received a set from the blockzone and it was missing pieces. I emailed the company but they stopped responding. I DMed them on Instagram but they blocked me. Scam company, do not support them

RB19 with lots of missing parts, filled in missing parts form December 2024 still have not received parts. Ended up buying parts from bricksbyjoel
Very quick to send parts, highly recommended.

I made a transaction in November with this site and what a disappointment it was that i had to report to _epf plc_ since they stopped responding to my email and my phone calls.

I ordered a kit, and paid according to the instructions on the site. I missed out on the fine print that said the instructions for the kit cost 15 euros and had to be paid for separately. It took five emails to get them to agree to cancel. The kit also required that I print my own decals. No thanks. Cheerfully incompetent service and ridiculous terms of service don't make for a good customer experience. Avoid them.

Cheap crap instruction have to be bought seperate missing parts instruction not clear at all and doses not go together well at all don’t waste time with it Lego if far better

Comes in just like Temu in a carton box with small packages. Custom says 25Chf, when price was 125 chf. Took 6 weeks to receive while Temu came in 2 weeks. Doubt that I get my money back ever...
False advertisement!!!

I had ordered a model in 2024 of more than 900 pieces. I have received the model in an ordinary box with 271 parts missing. After filling in the missing parts form begin december 2024 and sending reminders, I always get the same response : parts are being packed. No incident or tracking number. When you read all the other reviews, you can only conclude that this webshop is completely unreliable.
