I’m changing my rating from one star to five. After posting my initial review, a very polite customer service staff member reached out and offered me a full refund or a replacement mouthguard. Their commitment to satisfaction—even for a small order—is impressive. Blitz is clearly a very reliable company, and I feel safe buying from them again.
My previous post:
It barely moulds to my teeth and keeps falling out. The instructions say to soak it in hot water for 20 seconds, but I don't think that is long enough. The product itself seems high-quality, so I think Blitz should double-check the recommended soaking time.
