Send me the money they took from me every thing the whole 10 dollars
Why didn't you post the review on live look play well isn't going to give me the money they stole but it's a shame that trust pilot is protecting them but i have talked to a law firm and they want me to file a complaint for discrimination

They have had me awaiting a refund on a faulty product for two and a half weeks, only to claim that they had issued the refund. Evidently they haven't if I have had no activity in the account I used to pay for the item. They promised a call back and didn't deliver. Maybe this service was good once, but it is not worth your money or your time to purchase anything from here.

Great experience buying Guan Dao.
Ordered Guan Dao from them, the guys had it reserved for a week. Went to see them in person. It exceeded my expectations and was a very good training one and super friendly team. Also got a nice carrier case and the guys helped me to carry it to the car.

Useless
The photo/video verification does not work on my android tablet. Just keeps giving me the message "Move closer" - my nose was virtually touching the tablet and the message still said "closer"! Then tells me that the verification has failed. How convenient - no way of withdrawing. Garbage.

I have been dealing with Playwell for nearly 15 years and recently this company has sunk to the depths of total incompetence. I ordered some product on the 25th Nov 25 and received confirmation of order and email on the 26th Nov 25 that the order had been despatched to Royal Mail.
As of the 1st Dec 25 Royal Mail Tracking says " Were Expecting It "
On relating this to Playwell 9.35am 1st Dec 25 they confirmed that the order had not been despatched and was out of stock. A CREDIT would be raised.
On phoning Playwell 1.00pm telling an abusive young man that the credit had not been done and then being told your too much bother, go and find another supplier.
If you are a martial arts school or individual interested in martial arts DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
There Customer Service is abysmal.
Over the last 12 Months the problems when ordering have just accumulated, They are always out of stock of certain products.
I do not think they will be around much longer.
They have now blocked my telephone number so I cannot contact them. I will now be taking further action.
RUBBISH COMPANY

I ordered over £200 worth of training equipment from this site. Kept getting emails every day saying "will be delivered tomorrow" but it never showed up. They don't answer their phone and they don't respond to emails. Looks like I have been scammed and I'll have to go down the route of a credit card chargeback. Don't order from this company.

I submitted an appeal because just as I was about to receive a major reward, the reward page disappeared and was automatically placed in the finished section. I did not include an important screenshot in my original appeal and now that I'm trying to re-appeal, they have placed a bug in their app that doesn't allow me to submit my response to their denial of my appeal. I want to include a screenshot that shows that I completed more than their required tasks. I tried to email them, but the email address is wrong and the email keeps bouncing back.

Got my sword chuffed!! I shall get 2 more not a dangerous weapon as made of wood a wooden Bokken will get d red next just awaiting a 3 tier stand I ordered separately hope it fits great service ties in with my Japanese theme

After ordering on line and receiving a tracking number from DX I was concerned when DX couldn't provide any delivery info. After a few days I emailed AKiB and he replied immediately with info that I would receive the delivery next day which I did. Apart from the lack of tracking on DX which made me concerned (especially with the negative reviews on here) I can say that AKiB responded quickly and the equipment was delivered when he said it would be. Good quality no issues with assembly.

Scammed me for a kali stick never even bothered sending them, they will not respond to your emails no matter what avoid these scammers

Was looking to make extra cash. Was hesitate on which app. However the playfully app is legit. Been playing a few months and cashed out to PayPal over $100.00 now. I rated 4 stars cause it takes time to level up. You do spend money but when I win $5.00 I use that to get the 0.99 and level up slowly. Now I get $10 to $20 weekly diffently worth trying

Ordered on Saturday, received today and item is perfect.
Read a lot of bad reviews about these guys here but I had zero issues.
They’re the only store in the UK with larger sizes for the OG Top One Feiyue.
Happy to buy from here again.

Absolute scammers. Pay for items, they don’t bother sending them. Various attempts to contact them and nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered with them. Avoid

Items not in stock when they say they are, very poor customer service.

Cheating and trying to scam costumers, ordering online, shows all is ALL IN STOCK OK. Payed for next day delivery, after 3 days calling me and says don't have in stock, trying to tell stupid story, totally TRY TO AWOID THIS COMPANY. 100 % in BLACK LIST

Would give no stars if possible don't waste your time. Takes forever to earn money. Have to have 1m points just for 5 bucks. They don't credit points you have earned most of the time. The only high points are for purchases and even after contacting support 3 times w proof of purchases they still haven't give me points. Just a waste of space taken up for nothing. Play best play earn money every time easy to earn great ap not based on points just get paid for time played that simple.

I never heard of this company when I called it was a man with a bad English accent...
He was the nicest and kindest person I spoke to. The service was amazing the goods were with me and delivered with in 3 days.. I would definitely say this is a very good company and brilliant customer service.
I will recomend and say don't judge a book by the cover .
